A1.1 Aim of Service
The Contractor must perform Domestic Waste Services, Commercial Waste Services, Bulk Waste Services, Kerbside Clean-up Services, Green Waste services, Public Place Services, Fallen stock Services, Tyre Waste Services, Illegal Disposal Waste Services and any Other Waste Services in accordance with this Agreement. The Contractor shall operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and over all public holidays as required to provide the specified services
The Services include:
(a) the collection of Waste from premises and other places nominated within this Specification A and the transport of that Waste to a Nominated Disposal Location; and
(b) the provision of all labour, plant and equipment or other items required to adequately perform the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

I Servizi includono:

(b) La fornitura di mano d’opera, impianti e attrezzature o altri strumenti necessari per svolgere adeguatamente i Servizi nel rispetto di questo Accordo.
