Charging of the billets into the furnace is obtained by means of a roller table with wa-ter cooled rolls and a “kick-in” mechanism, which will move the billets from the inlet roller table onto the walking beam.
The discharging of the billet will be performed by a “kick-off” mechanism which will lift the billet from the walking beam and deposit it onto the run-out roller table.
The run-out roller table will convey the billet to stand no. 1 of the rolling mill. | Translation - Russian
Загрузка заготовок в печь производится при помощи рольганга с роликами с водяным охлаждением и механизмом загрузки, которые перемещают заготовки с входного рольганга на под печи с шагающими балками.
Разгрузка заготовки осуществляется при помощи механизма разгрузки, который поднимает заготовку с шагающего пода и укладывает ее на выводной рольганг.
Выхвдной рольганг передает заготовку на клеть № 1 прокатного стана.
