I comment as follows:
As you are aware your relative Mohamed Saghir is currently remanded in prison in Norwich in relation to an allegation that he has been involved in a conspiracy to cultivate cannabis.
Mr Saghir has advised that you could be an important witness in his defence. Before I am able to assess whether you could be used to assist in any way at his trial I would be grateful if you could write and send to me as soon as possible a narrative of:
i) what your associations were with Mohamed Saghir when you were in the UK in 2009 / early 2010 and what your family relationship is with him;
ii) what association have you ever had with Mr Chico (also known as Em Nghia)

جناب صغیر نے اطّلاع دی ہے کہ آپ ان کے دفاع میں ایک اہم گواہ ہوسکتے ہیں۔ اس سے پہلے کہ میں اس بات تک پہنچ سکوں کہ آپ کو ان کی پیشی کے دوران کسی بھی مدد کے لئے استعمال کیا جاسکتا ہے میں آپ کی ممنون ہوں گی اگر آپ مجھے جلد از جلد بیانیہ طورپر لکھ کر بھیجیں:
