11.2- Modalités de mise en œuvre de la garantie :
La garantie doit couvrir l’ensemble des matériels nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du système.
La demande d’intervention pourra se faire sur simple appel téléphonique de la Personne publique confirmée par fax ou par courriel.
L’exécution des services relatifs à la garantie se fera sur site à J+1 (jours ouvrés du lundi au vendredi) au plus tard à compter de la demande d’intervention.
Les prestations relatives à la garantie comprennent le déplacement, les pièces détachées, et la main d’œuvre.
Si l’intervention sur site ne suffit pas à rétablir le bon fonctionnement de l’équipement, le titulaire s’engage à un échange standard afin d’assurer la continuité du service de façon immédiate.

11.2- Terms of implementation of the guarantee:
The guarantee must cover all of the elements necessary for the proper working order of the system.
Requests for call-outs must be possible by telephone, on behalf of the public legal body confirmed by fax or e-mail.
Provision of services covered in the guarantee must be carried out on site no later than the day after the call-out is requested (during the working week, Monday to Friday).
Services covered in the guarantee include travel to site, spare parts and labour.
If the equipment is not restored to full working order after the call-out, the Contractor agrees to a standard exchange, in order to ensure immediate continuation of service.

I am a French/English translator and interpreter of English mother tongue, based in the UK. I translate from French into English. I also offer liaison and public service interpreting, together with simultaneous interpreting for conferences.
I have been working as a freelance translator and interpreter since July 2007. I translate files in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Pdfs and more from French into English, including IT texts, legal contracts, tender documents, magazine articles and technical manuals. My interpreting experience includes witness statements and police interviews, court interpreting, simultaneous interpreting for international conferences and ad hoc work for business meetings.
I have an MA in Translation and Interpreting, and I am on the National Register of Public Service Interpreters in the UK.
My specialist areas are legal and IT. I worked in the IT sector for 6 years in both English and French, for a number of large international companies including Unilever and IBM.
