Новая дочерняя компания займется прямыми продажами. Раньше за них отвечала партнерская сеть, однако продолжающееся падение уровня продаж заставило компанию предпринять подобные меры.
Компания не впервые принимает решение самостоятельно продавать свои объекты. Изначально девелопер продвигал бизнес из офиса в Лондоне, однако дело шло довольно плохо из-за большого количества ограничений, наложенных сетью партнерских агенств.
«Мы потратили значительные средства на маркетинг, но если наши партнеры не могут поддерживать прежний уровень продаж, нам придется делать это самостоятельно», - сказал директор по продажам.
Он упомянул, что новые контракты будут значительно отличаться от предыдущих. Делая ставку на менее крупные фирмы по продаже, чем те, с которыми компания работала ранее, теперь цель поставлена на использование партнерских баз данных. Предполагается, что новое дочернее предприятие будет управлять всеми продажами, а партнер – получать комиссию по их результатам. В данный момент все крупные агенства, желающие продолжать продажи собственности компании, будут должны перейти на пододбный режим работы.
«Мы понимаем, что это сложно для наших партнеров, но стараемся привнести некоторые изменения, котоыре им помогут, - сообщил директор по продажам. – Бизнес дочерней компании будет абсолютно прозрачен, и партнеры смогут получить все данные по продажам в любое время».

Translation - English Property developer launches direct sales.
The newly created subsidiary will operate direct operations since sales previously handled by the partner network of agencies resulted in continuous sales decline, which forced the company to change the approach.
It is not the first time that the company decided to conduct sales directly. Initially, the developer operated from their offices in London. However, numerous restrictions brought about by the network of partner agencies were impeding business activity.
“We have made a significant investment into marketing, however, if our partners are unable to produce good sales levels, we will have to switch to direct operations”, UK Sales Director explained to us.
He also mentioned that the format of new contracts would be quite different from those previously used. Focusing on companies of smaller dimension than agencies they previously worked with, The Company is now seeking to use its partners’ databases. It is assumed that the new subsidiary will manage all sales, and partners would receive commission depending on results. Currently, all large agencies wishing to continue selling The Company’s properties shall have to adopt the new scheme.
“We understand that it’s not easy for our partners, and we are trying to implement certain changes to make the transition as simple as possible”, says the Sales Director, “The Subsidiary’s business will be absolutely transparent, and the partners will be able to obtain full sales information anytime they require it”.
In addition, The Subsidiary has launched a campaign in the British newspaper aimed at promoting and explaining their new position.
The company has extended the duration of the standard inspection trip for clients. Professional advisors will now take potential clients to explore the area for 3 days to give them a thorough insight into the local life and recreation facilities.

English to Russian: Media inflation report
Source text - English 2009 RUSSIA MEDIA INFLATION REPORT
These results summarise the findings of the annual inflation survey carried out in May/June 2008. This is our fourth year of publishing this report and last year’s report was the first indication that inflation was going to be higher than the 55% being forecast at that time. As in the past, the survey was conducted amongst 30 Russian advertisers across different product categories and size of budgets.
Inflation
In previous years there was a broad range of inflation forecasts with the differences being up to 20% between different advertisers. This year, with the exception of a small number of advertisers predicting 60% inflation, the range was much narrower.
The vast majority of advertisers are forecasting broad audience inflation in a range of 25 to 35% with almost half the advertisers in the survey
having exactly the same inflation forecast of 30%.
Another difference from previous years is that in the past target audience inflation was generally forecasted to be higher than broad audience inflation, no doubt because of the reducing natural affinities of many advertisers’ target audiences. In 2009 the reverse is true, with target audience inflation being below broad audience inflation. This may be due to agency planners making better use of the improving affinities on some of the national channels.
Given the sales house policy on reducing pricing differentials in the market we looked at the inflation forecast between top 20 advertisers and the rest of the market and we found that this fitted with this policy.
Top 20 advertisers are forecasting an average of 34% inflation, and the rest of the market forecasting an average of 27%.
Planning
High media inflation is having a significant impact on advertisers’ planning and budget setting, with most advertisers planning to increase TV budgets by less than inflation. Less than 10% of advertisers could justify increasing by more than inflation
Last year we found that advertisers were responding to high inflation by reducing the percentage of their budget on TV and moving into other media, but in this survey the percentage of budget being spent on TV remains the same as 2008.
Similarly, advertisers are not looking to make significant changes to schedule construction with percentage of prime time and percentage of fixed spots also remaining the same.
The main ways advertisers are responding to high inflation seems to be a planned move to shorter time lengths and reduced weekly weights.

Данный обзор обобщает результаты исследования годичной инфляции, проведенного в Мае-Июне 2008 года. Этот отчет публикуется четвертый год подряд, и в прошлом году первым предсказал, что инфляция следующего года превысит 55%. По аналогии с предыдущими опросами, в этом году мы опросили 30 рекламодателей России с различным категориям продуктов и размерaм рекламного бюджета.
Инфляция
Разброс в многочисленных прогнозах инфляции за предыдущие года мог достигать 20% между различными рекламодателями. В этом же году, за исключением небольшого числа предсказывающих 60%, он намного уже.
Большинство рекламодателей склонны считать, что уровень инфляции широкой аудитории будет находиться в районе 25-35%, при этом почти половина всех участников опроса предполагают середину этого прогноза – 30%.
Еще одно отличие от предыдущих лет состоит в том, что в прошлом прогноз инфляции по целевой аудитории был обычно выше, чем по широкой, несомненно по причине уменьшения естественных аффинити целевых аудиторий многих рекламодателей. На 2009 год имеет место обратная ситуация, и инфляция по целевой аудитории прогнозируется ниже, чем по широкой. Причиной может быть более эффективное использование улучшающихся аффинити в плановых отделах агенств на национальных каналах.
Имея в распоряжении политику торговых домов по уменьшению ценовых различий на рынке, мы рассмотрели прогноз инфляции между топ-20 рекламодателями и остальным рынком, и обнаружили соответствие с этой политикой.
Топ-20 предсказывают уровень инфляции до 34%, тогда как остальная часть рынка считает 27% более вероятной цифрой.
Планирование
Высокая инфляция медиа ощутимо влияет на планирование и распределение бюджета, причем большинство рекламодателей планируют повышать ТВ бюджеты не доходя до уровня инфляции. И, наконец, менее 10% находят разумным повышать их выше инфляции.
В прошлом году мы обнаружили тенденцию уменьшать долю ТВ бюджета и увеличение доли других типов медиа в ответ на повышение инфляции, однако в этом году опрос показал нечувствительность доли ТВ в бюджетах на рекламу к инфляции, и наиболее вероятно, что они останутся на уровне 2008.
Аналогично, рекламодатели не стремятся к существенным переменам в процентом соотношении прайм-тайма и фиксированных спотов, которое тоже остается без изменений.
В основном, реакция на высокую инфляцию имеет тенденцию выражаться в запланированном переходе на более короткую длительность, а также уменьшение недельных объемов.
