OCPT is in urgent need of this project since China Telecom will help OCPT to upgrade its operational capacity and become the major financial resource of Congo (Kinshasa) by providing training to technical and management personnel, transmitting corporate management experience, improving the quality of products and network efficiency, increasing effective users and enhancing cash flow.
OCPT and CITOC have arrived at an agreement on Congo (Kinshasa) National Fiber Optic Backbone Network Project with a total contract value of 350 million USD. The project is composed of four phases. The Export-Import Bank of China has provided a confessional loan for the first phase, which has been carried out. In order to speed up the implementation of the reconstruction of China's communications infrastructure, CITCC has signed the follow-up contract with OCPT about the project execution in the second phase. According to this contract, CITCC will help OCPT lay the national fiber optic lines between Kinshasa and Lubumbashi, and at the same time, connect Lubumbashi to Zambia’s international exports so that to connect these two countries by fiber optic lines of totally 3000km long. The contract worth 175 million USD and will be carried out in 3 phases. Each phase values 56 million USD, 51 million USD and 68 million USD.
The above-mentioned project is one of the most important communications projects, which require immediate attention. The completion of this project has far-reaching economic value and political significance, exert profound impact on the reconstruction, employment, national revenue, economic development and national security information of Congo Kinshasa. It will also provide strong support for the re-election of the incumbent president the country in 2010.

Max Ernst, “Une semaine de bonté »--the original collages
After 1850, sensational images were to be found everywhere; in books and magazines, and newspapers and advertisements of every sort.
Born in 1891, Max Ernst was a child of this revolution. He would take advantage of his culture and visual memories in 1933 deciding, when the Surrealist movement was at its height, to use a number of old illustrations for his own purposes.
He used Sade and Fantômas, Doré and Grandville as sources as well as the covers of detective stories. The book that came out of this brilliant plundering in 1936 — without text and consisted of one part for each day of the week — clearly shows how the 20th century took inspiration from its predecessor.

Certains d’entre nous la pratiquent peut-être sans le savoir, car cette doctrine ancestrale donne des clés pour vivre dans l’énergie, la prospérité et l’authentique. Moins connue que le bouddhisme, souvent confondue avec le zen, le tao nous indique « ce qui marche » pour favoriser la vie. « Il émousse ce qui tranche, démêle les nœuds, discerne dans la lumière, assemble ce qui, poussière, se disperse », écrivait son fondateur Lao Tseu.
