Source text - Thai - ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตาม มีโทษปรับไม่เกิน 1,000 บาท - ผู้ใดทำใช้ หรือแสดงหลักฐานอันเป็นเท็จ หรือกระทำการเพื่อให้ตนเองหรือผู้อื่นมีชื่อหรือมีรายการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดในทะเบียนบ้านหรือเอกสารการทะเบียนราษฏร์อื่นโดยมิชอบ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงสามปี หรือปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนบาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ในกรณีผู้กระทำผิดตามวรรคหนึ่งเป็นคนซึ่งไม่มีสัญชาติไทยตามกฏหมายว่าด้วยสัญชาติ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงห้าปีและปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท	Translation - English - Any person who does not observe shall be subject to penalty of not more than 1,000 baht - Any person who makes, uses or shows frandulent evidence or acts in order to illegally enter his/her name or other person's names or other items in the house registration of any census registration documents shall be sentenced to be imprisoned from six months to three years or to be fined from twenty thousand baht to one hundred thousand baht or both. In case the offender as mentioned in the first paragraph is of not Thai nationality according to the Nationality Law, he/she shall be sentenced to be imprisoned from six month to five years and to be fined from twenty thousand baht to two hundred thousand baht.

The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together.
