Dear Customer! Thank you for your interest in Maxim services. My customers entrust me entire projects in any language pair and pay on a fixed per-source-word basis. I select and recruit translators, segment the project into specialty tasks (such as OCR, Typesetting/DTP, text retrieval from CAD or software, etc.), split the translation volume among the team (as volume/deadline require). What else? Every job is entered into a TM ( Trados or other required CAT). Every job undergoes the final “due diligence” check to ensure completeness and overall quality.

Volumes   We handle thousand-page projects in a uniform writing style and strictly per Glossary using Translation Memory software and in-house utilities.

Glossary   We import your Glossary into our Translation Memory system, and then strictly follow it. Or we can build a glossary of terms at your request based on the translation content.
