Article 7 : Dénonciation et résiliation
a) La présente convention peut être dénoncée par écrit par l’une et l’autre des parties avec un préavis de trois mois en précisant les raisons de cette dénonciation.
b) En cas de non-respect par l’une ou l’autre des parties, des engagements réciproques inscrits dans la présente convention, celle-ci peut être résiliée de plein droit par l’une ou l’autre des parties à l’expiration d’un délai de quinze jours suivant l’envoi d’une lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception valant mise en demeure.

ข้อ 7 : การบอกเลิกความตกลง
ก) ฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งสามารถบอกเลิกความตกลงฉบับนี้ได้ โดยให้แจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรล่วงหน้าสามเดือน ทั้งนี้ ให้ระบุเหตุผลในการบอกเลิกด้วย
ข) หากฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งไม่ปฏิบัติตามพันธกรณีซึ่งมีต่อกันและกันตามความตกลงฉบับนี้ ฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งสามารถบอกเลิกความตกลงได้ โดยผลบังคับใช้ของความตกลงจะสิ้นสุดสิบห้าวันหลังจากวันที่อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งได้รับจดหมายลงทะเบียนตอบรับ โดยให้ถือว่าจดหมายฉบับดังกล่าวเป็นการแจ้งเตือนการบอกเลิก
