В рамках строительства алюминиевого завода ХХХ предусматриваются следующие мероприятия:

• монтаж электролизеров (в том числе устройство столбчатого фундамента).
В качестве базового электролизера для разработки настоящего банковского ТЭО принят электролизер ХХХ с обожженными анодами на силу тока ХХХ кА. Размещение электролизеров – поперечное; рабочая отметка серий - (+ 0,0) метра, отметка первого этажа - (– 2,0) метра.

The construction of the XXX aluminum smelter involves the following steps:
• preparing technical project documentation and an Environmental Impact Assessment; obtaining all the permits (including state expert examination of the project and public consultations);
• performing construction work on two electrolysis pot-lines, auxiliary buildings, interconnecting passages, pipe racks, ramps, feed hoppers etc; building administrative and amenity facilities (for operational and maintenance staff);
• building dry scrubbing systems with the required raw material handling equipment (using air-slides and/or airlifts);
• installing reduction cells (including a post foundation).
The XXX reduction cell with the prebaked anodes at an amperage of XXX kA is accepted as the reference cell for preparing the Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS). The cells are set side-to-side; the pot-line position level is (+ 0.0) meters, the ground floor level is (– 2.0) meters.

Ten samples were selected from each borehole for verification analysis (both mineralogical and chemical). The samples were selected so as to include high-grade standard samples, as well as medium-grade and low-grade samples. A comparison between the results of the verification drilling program conducted in 2006 and the 1990’s drilling shows a significant increase in standard grade and in the thickness of the mineralized layer. However, a poor correlation is observed between the two sets of results. While the increase in the total mineral content probably reflects more efficient drilling and sampling techniques during the 2006 campaign compared to the earlier drilling, these techniques are regarded as currently not meeting international “best practice” standards.

Для контрольного анализа (как минералогического, так и химического) из каждой скважины было отобрано десять образцов. Выборка составлялась таким образом, чтобы в ней были представлены эталонные пробы с высоким минеральным содержанием, а также пробы со средним и низким минеральным содержанием. При сопоставлении результатов контрольных буровых работ, проведенных в 2006 году, и результатов работ, проведенных в 1990 году, выявлено значительное увеличение эталонного уровня и мощности минерализованного слоя. Однако результаты двух выборок недостаточно согласованы. Хотя увеличение общего минерального содержания, вероятно, связано с применением более усовершенствованной технологии бурения и методов отбора проб в 2006 году по сравнению с предыдущими буровыми работами, данные методы на сегодняшний день до сих пор не соответствуют международным стандартам передового опыта.
