En relación a este objetivo de control, FEGA manifiesta que la clasificación de datos de carácter personal se aplica a toda la información tratada. Con respecto a las medidas de tratamiento de estas categorías, se está comenzando a emplear la la aplicación R@udo, con el fin de garantizar el etiquetado y clasificación de toda la información. Sin embargo, actualmente solo parte de la información tratada por el Organismo está incluida en este aplicativo. Como consecuencia, resulta necesario finalizar la inclusión de toda la información en R@audo, aplicando criterios adecuados de clasificación conforme a su confidencialidad.

Classification and Control of Assets
In terms of this control objective, the XXX has shown that classification of personal data applies to all information processed. With respect to the measures for handling these categories, the R@udo application is coming into use so as to ensure that all information is labeled and classified. Nevertheless, at present only part of the information handled by the Institution is included in this program. Consequently, it is important to complete the inclusion of all information in R@udo, using adequate classification criteria appropriate to the level of confidentiality.

The employee is entitled to 25 days of paid holidays per year.
The employee shall request leave from the employer within a reasonable period prior to the foreseeable start of said leave so as to not disturb proper performance of the work.
