用途

本装置は、テクニカルデータに基づき、低圧真空または圧力搬送システムへの設置を目的に設計されています。搬送速度は30m/s未満とします。インレットおよびアウトレットをファンネル、ホッパー、パイプ等に正しく接続します。
操作中、デバイスのリジェクトアウトレットは密閉容器につなぎ、圧力損失と搬送の流れを妨害する可能性を排除します。金属分離器は、通常、化学的に刺激性の強くない塊状材料に対し使用します。据付け場所に、PVCケーブル被覆材料を傷めるおそれのある蒸気、可塑剤、その他の物質がないことを確認してください。

Le présent équipement est conçu pour une installation dans des systèmes sous vide à faible pression ou d'alimentation sous pression conformément aux données techniques. La vitesse d'alimentation n'excédera pas 30m/s. Les admissions et les sorties doivent être correctement raccordées aux entonnoirs, trémies et tuyaux.
Pendant l'exploitation, la sortie d'évacuation du dispositif doit être raccordée à un récipient étanche à l'air afin d'éviter toute perte de pression ou perturbation éventuelle du débit d'alimentation. Les séparateurs en métal sont normalement prévus pour une utilisation avec des matériaux en vrac chimiquement peu agressifs. Assurez-vous que la zone d'installation ne contient pas de vapeur, de plastifiant, ou toute autre matière qui pourrait endommager les gaines de câbles.

S'il y a une proportion importante de contaminants métalliques ou si les matériaux en vrac inspectés sont abrasifs, il est probable que toute surface en contact avec le produit portera des traces d'usure et de détérioration (ex. : volet de rejet, cylindre pneumatique, etc.). Dans ce cas, il est important que les surfaces en contact avec le produit (ex. : tuyau de balayage, adaptateur, dispositif de rejet, boîte de commande, etc.) soient contrôlées régulièrement, sur une base hebdomadaire ou mensuelle. Les pièces usées doivent être remplacées pour assurer que la machine fonctionne correctement.
Veuillez prendre note que toute mesure préventive qui aurait pu être prise au moment de la construction retardera simplement l'apparition de l'usure et de la détérioration mais ne l'éliminera pas complètement.

I am a native speaker of French. I hold a degree in English, equivalent to a BA, from a French university and have spent the last 20 years in Japan.
With over two years of experience as a coordinator / checker in a translation agency in Tokyo prior to 7 years of experience as a freelance translator, I understand fully the translation quality standards and the importance of on time delivery.

The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together.
