About me

I'm a native italian freelance translator, resident in Italy, active in the language pair EN-IT.
I own a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering and I've gained significant experience of translation/proofreading of general texts and also of texts in the fields of science/engineering, Electronics, Plant Engineering, Medical Instruments, Logistics, Organisation, Economics, Marketing & Finance, Ports & Shipping.

I currently use the best technologies and tools available (both hardware and software) and so I can guarantee the most accurate translations in a short time.Respect of terms and schedule agreed is for me a must.
My average output is 2,500-3,500 source words per day (depending on complexity of text).
My rates are summarized below:
- Translation: Euros 64,00 per 1000 source words
- Proofreading: Euros 30,00 per 1000 source words
Minimum charge (for texts with less than 250 words) is 250 words.
I currently use CAT tools (TRADOS Freelance 6.5.5).

	X Why did the menu change? The updates to the menu were made to make the site easy and more intuitive for visitors. Obviously, like any change, this may take a few days to get used to. The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability. More information on the changes... Where is the "My ProZ.com" menu? Mouseover your name at the top of the screen. Here you will find information about your account, your email settings, and more. The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together. I cannot find something If you are having trouble finding something with the new menu, please submit a support request.
