About me

I mainly specialize in the following translation areas: business (general), marketing, advertising, non-profit organizations/business associations, legal and financial.
Other projects that I dealt with were related to humanities, e.g. sociology, philosophy or literature.

My main experience as a translator is based on my collaboration with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE Romania), a non-profit organization founded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The texts for translation (English - Romanian and vice-versa) focused on business associations, advocacy programs and general business topics.

Other translation fields include: legal texts, advertising, sociology, and education.

In April 2003, Meridiane Publishing House published my translation from French into Romanian of the book "L'instant éternel. Le retour du tragique dans les sociétés postmodernes" by Michel Maffesoli.

	X Why did the menu change? The updates to the menu were made to make the site easy and more intuitive for visitors. Obviously, like any change, this may take a few days to get used to. The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability. More information on the changes... Where is the "My ProZ.com" menu? Mouseover your name at the top of the screen. Here you will find information about your account, your email settings, and more. The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together. I cannot find something If you are having trouble finding something with the new menu, please submit a support request.
