An accountant by training but a translator by choice, I switched from crunching numbers to toying with words out of sheer love. Having spoken English since I was 5, English is second nature to me as is Malay is my mother tongue. Later, at the age of 17 I was sent under scholarship by the government of Malaysia to Sydney Australia to complete my year 12 in Sydney Girls' High School and later pursue my tertiary education. I later proceeded to the UK to study Accounting at Thames Valley University London (Ealing College).
