Section 170 Penalty for fraudulent evasion of duty
(2) Without prejudice to any other provision of the Customs and Excise Acts 1979, if any person is, in relation to any goods, in any way knowingly concerned in any fraudulent evasion or attempt at evasion -
(a) of any duty chargeable on the goods;

Dílčí kupní smlouvy
2.1 Pro jednotlivé dodávky zboží budou mezi smluvními stranami uzavřeny dílčí kupní smlouvy, a to formou zaslání písemné objednávky kupujícího (může být učiněna i faxem nebo elektronicky), která bude potvrzena ze strany prodávajícího stejnou formou.
2.2 Objednávka, jakož i veškerá další korespondence mezi smluvními stranami, musí být učiněna v anglickém jazyce.
2.3 Objednávka kupujícího musí obsahovat zejména:
a) identifikační údaje kupujícího,
b) datum objednávky,
c) lhůtu pro potvrzení objednávky prodávajícím,
d) označení zboží včetně uvedení jeho rozměrů,
e) kupní cenu zboží dle platného ceníku obsaženého v příloze č. 1 této smlouvy,
f) termín a místo dodání objednaného zboží,
g) další zvláštní požadavky kupujícího.
2.4 Osoby oprávněné k zaslání objednávky jménem kupujícího a osoby oprávněné k přijetí objednávky jménem prodávajícího jsou uvedeny v „Seznamu kontaktních osob“, který tvoří přílohu č. 2 této smlouvy a je její nedílnou součástí.
2.5 Prodávající je povinen potvrdit písemnou objednávku kupujícího nejpozději do 2 dnů od jejího obdržení.
2.6 Dílčí kupní smlouva se považuje za uzavřenou potvrzením objednávky kupujícího prodávajícím. Prodávající po uzavření dílčí kupní smlouvy není oprávněn podmiňovat splnění svých závazků z dílčí kupní smlouvy vypořádáním plnění dle jiné dílčí kupní smlouvy.

Sub-purchase contract
2.1 For each delivery of goods, there will be sub-purchase contracts signed between the contracted parties, by sending written orders by the buyer (which may be made by fax or electronically), which will be confirmed by the seller in the same manner.
2.2 Orders, as well as all other correspondence between the contracted parties, must be made in English.
2.3 Orders by the buyer must include in particular:
a) ID of the buyer,
b) Order date,
c) Order confirmation deadline,
d) Goods reference number including their dimensions (size),
e) Purchasing price of the order, based on the current price list included in Annexe-1 of this agreement,
f) Delivery date and place of the ordered goods,
g) Other special requirements of the buyer.
2.4 Persons authorized to submit orders on behalf of the buyer and the person entitled to receive orders on behalf of the seller are set out in the "List of contact persons“, which are in Annexe-2 of this contract and is its integral part.
2.5 The seller is obliged to acknowledge a written order by the buyer within 2 days of its receipt.
2.6 The Sub-purchase contract is deemed concluded upon the confirmation of the order by the buyer for the seller. The seller, after the conclusion of the sub-purchase contract, is not entitled to supplement their commitments in partial fulfilment of the purchase agreement settlement by other sub-purchase agreements.
