第十二条 都市計画区域については、都市計画に、次に掲げる事業で必要なものを定めるものとする。
一 土地区画整理法（昭和二十九年法律第百十九号）による土地区画整理事業
二 新住宅市街地開発法（昭和三十八年法律第百三十四号）による新住宅市街地開発事業

Article 12
1 Regarding city planning areas, the following projects shall be stipulated as necessary in city plans:
(1) Land readjustment projects provided for in the Land Readjustment Act (Act No. 119 of 1954);
(2) New housing and urban development projects provided for in the New Housing and Urban Development Act (Act No. 134 of 1963);
(3) Industrial park development projects provided for in the Act Concerning the Development of the Suburban Consolidation Zone and Urban Development Zones of the National Capital Region (Act No. 98 of 1958) and industrial park development projects provided for in the Act Concerning the Development of the Suburban Consolidation Zone and Urban Development Zones of the Kinki Region (Act No. 145 of 1964);

当日はDECHANTさんをはじめあわせて10名が特別推進員に委嘱され、浜田別府市長より委嘱状を渡されました。
DECHANTさんは、ボランティアガイドとして、別府を訪れる世界各国の観光客や留学生に、英語で鉄輪の町並みを案内するツアーを行っており、鉄輪地域に国際色豊かな息吹をもたらしていると人気を博しています。
今回の委嘱を受けてDECHANTさんは、「今回の委嘱を受け、とても光栄です。そして、歴史のある鉄輪地域の一員となれたことを誇りに思います。」と話しています。 | Translation - English
The title of Special Coordinator is granted to those who have made significant contributions to promoting community development and tourism in Beppu. As such, Special Coordinators are expected to continue working to enhance tourism in the city.
A total of 10 Special Coordinators including DECHANT were inaugurated on Monday, and Mayor Hamada presented each Special Coordinator with a Certificate of Appointment.
DECHANT is a volunteer guide with the non-profit Kannawa Walking Club. His English guided tours for foreign tourists and exchange students have garnered wide acclaim with the local community for bringing an international flavor to this historic district.
After his appointment DECHANT told us that he is "honored to receive the recognition and proud to be part of the historic Kannawa community." |
