I translate up to four days per week, and use several dictionaries to complement my knowledge of electronics and business fields. I have increased my knowledge of computer usage in translation. My hobbies are reading books, playing pool and ice-skating. I am making a research on attending another translating school or being an internal or outsource translator and possibly interpreter. I have recently been a trainee on a project that involved translate material about batteries. Also interested in pen-friendship with translation professionals and students of linguistics.
Translation is the linguist tool for achieving just the right words, phrases and terminology for your clients' needs. Meanwhile one has to have info on average prices (pricing and performance comparisons) in the market and contact a translation agency or company. Some of the translation offices have adopted their own quality assurance systems, while also keeping a detailed price structure. Larger businesses tend to develop specialized translation departments. Occasionally translation can even mean adapting a text from American English into British English or vice versa.
