About me
I am a third year student of English language at Ain Shams University, faculty of AL-Alsun, Cairo, Egypt. I naturally study translation from Arabic into English and vice versa every year. I came across this site when I was looking for a good translation for an economic term; it is really interesting to have a 'translation society' here.
I would like to be a teacher and a translator after i finish my studies, but so far the translation-dream is more obvious. Last year my professor let me and two of my colleagues help him translate a few documents; and last summer an Alsunian graduate let me help him translate a political book. I have also translated an abstract of a thesis for one of the Arabic professors in our faculty. In addition, a company for global consultations hired me for the last month in summer to translate a few documents via email.
I'm really glad to be with you all. I hope I can be be helpful to some, as many of you are helpful to me.
