I have got more then six years of extensive and diversified experience and I take pride in my language skills, and highly professional and reliable service.

I am native tongue in Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian, fluent in English and I have got an Honours Degree from Napier University in French Language and French Literature. I have successfully completed my dissertation project in marketing (How to achieve Customer Satisfaction trough the integration of the elements of Marketing Mix and Consumer Behaviour).
