La Società nel secondo semestre dell’anno xxxx è stata oggetto di verifica fiscale, da parte dell'Agenzia delle Entrate, sia ai fini delle imposte dirette che IVA, in relazione all'anno xxxx; le conclusioni della verifica ha comportato l’emissione, in data xx-xxx-xxxx di un processo verbale di constatazione. La società nel corso del xxxx ha valutato, insieme ai propri consulenti, la natura dei rilievi formulati dai verificatori, al fine di poter intraprendere con gli Uffici competenti le iniziative ritenute maggiormente idonee.
Dato che il processo verbale di constatazione è solamente una proposta di accertamento di maggiori imposte e di irrogazione di sanzioni per il competente Ufficio locale dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, e dato che finora non è stato emesso dal medesimo Ufficio un avviso di accertamento, ad oggi non si determinano conseguenze giuridiche dirette.
La società ritiene quindi che in relazione a detta verifica non sussistano le condizioni per l'iscrizione di uno specifico fondo nel passivo del Bilancio, peraltro a bilancio sono iscritti tra i fondi rischi ed oneri, circa xxx K€ a titolo di fondo imposte e tasse.

CONTINGENT AND CONTENTIOUS LIABILITIES
During the second half of xxxx, the Company was subject to a tax audit carried out by the Agenzia delle Entrate, relating to both direct taxes and to VAT relating to xxxx – the conclusions of the tax audit were published in a preliminary report of their findings on xx-xxx-xxxx. During xxxx, together with its own advisors, the company evaluated the nature of the points made by the auditors in this report in order to take up the matters considered to be the most significant, with the relevant Office.
Given that the report is only a preliminary proposal of potentially higher taxes and fines payable to the relevant Office of the Agenzia delle Entrate, and given that until now an official audit report has not been published by the latter Office, as at today, no definite legal obligation has been determined.
In relation to this audit report, the company therefore considers that a specific provision in the financial statements is not necessary. However, approximately € xxx thousand has been included as a provision for taxes in the provision for risks and charges in the financial statements.

Forecast for the 2nd semester xxxx
The months of August and September xxxx suffered from an unexpected slow-down in business due to the non-delivery of a sub-contractor.
This sub-contractor was not in the position to deliver within acceptable lead times, for reasons beyond the control of the company. The latter was obliged, in turn, to make personnel available to the sub-contractor in an end to finalize the construction of aircraft parts for their timely delivery.
As a result, the assembly of the ship, which should have been completed by the end of the year, will not be completed until the 1st Quarter xxxx. This delay will drive a decrease in sales revenue which, although it will negatively impact xxxx Turnover, it will show a positive effect in xxxx.
