Sustav upravljanja kvalitetom u tvornici krem-proizvoda predstavlja cjelokupnost svojstava i karakteristika krem proizvoda koji vode do zadovoljstva kupca. Osiguranje kvalitete uključuje primjenu uobičajenih sustava kvalitete u obliku pisanih postupaka zajedno s određenim provjerama kontrole kvalitete koji su svi napravljeni tako da osiguraju da krem proizvod zadovolji očekivanja kupca.
Cilj naeg istraivanja bit će neprestano poboljavanje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom u tvornici krem proizvoda. U tvornici krem proizvoda mora se: uspostaviti, dokumentirati, primjenjivati i odravati sustav upravljanja kvalitetom.
Dokumentacija sustava upravljanja kvalitetom uključuje sljedeće dokumente:
- poslovnik upravljanja kvalitetom (PUK),
- standardne operativne postupke (SOP),
- radne upute (RU), obrasci(OB), pravilnici i specifikacije.
Poslovnik upravljanja kvalitetom je temeljni dokument kojim se precizno utvrđuje upravljanje kvalitetom u tvornici krem proizvoda, nadlenosti, procesi, upravljanje resursima i komuniciranje, te stalno provjeravanje i poboljavanje upravljanja kvalitetom tvrtke.
Standardni operativni postupci detaljnije propisuju tijek provedbe pojedinih aktivnosti: (postupak upravljanja dokumentima, kontrola zapisa kvalitete..preventivne radnje).
U eksperimentalnom dijelu na liniji staklenki promatran je artikl mliječni ljenjak krem od 200 g, 400 g i 750 g, i to sukladni i nesukladni krem proizvodi u razdoblju od dvanaest mjeseci (od 1. oujka 2002. do 1. oujka 2003.). Krem proizvodi koji ne odgovaraju propisanim zahtjevima moraju biti povučeni iz uporabe, a posebnim postupkom su propisana pravila i odgovornosti za utvrđivanje nesukladnosti, izdvajanje, označavanje, kontrolu i dokumentiranje tijeka nesukladnih krem proizvoda.
Na kraju poslovodstvo tvornice krem proizvoda prikuplja podatke o rezultatima sustava upravljanja kvalitetom u vidu dnevnih, tjednih i mjesečnih izvjeća. Analiza i izvjetaji obuhvaćaju podatke o: ostvarivanju planova prodaje, nabave i proizvodnje; zadovoljstva kupca; sukladnosti krem proizvoda i ostvarenja ciljeva poslovanja.
Da bi se stalno poboljavao sustav upravljanja kvalitetom u tvornici krem-proizvoda i da bi se uklonile potencijalne nesukladnosti, uključuju se preventivne i korektivne radnje. | Translation - English
Quality management system in cream products factory represents the totality of features and characteristics of cream products that lead to customers’ satisfaction. Quality ensuring includes usage of conventional systems of quality in the form of written procedures along with specific tests of quality management, all of which have been made to insure that the cream product stands up to customers' expectations.
The aim of our research shall be continuous improvement of quality management system in cream products factory. In cream products factory one should establish, document, apply and maintain quality managment system.
Documentation of the system quality managment system includes following documents: Standing orders of managing the quality (PUK), Standard operative procedures (SOP), Working instructions (RU), forms (OB), rulebooks and specifications.
Standing orders of quality management are basic document by which we precisely ascertain quality management in cream products factory, the domains, procedures, managing resources and communication, and constant testing and improving of quality management of the company. Standard operative procedures prescribe in more details the process of performance of particular activities: (the procedure of managing documents, the control of recording the quality…preventive operations).
In the experimental part on the belt of jars, the article Milk-Hazelnut in 200 grams, 400 grams and 750 grams - the commercial and non-commercial cream products - was observed during a period of twelve months. Cream products which are not in accordance with the prescribed requests must be withdrawn from usage, and special procedure prescribes the rules and responsibilities for determining discordance, separating, marking, control and documenting the process of discordant cream products.
Finally the management of cream products factory gathers data concerning the results of quality managment system in the form of daily, weekly and monthly reports. The analysis and report contain data on realizing plans of sale, supply and production; customers' satisfaction; accordance of cream products and realization of commerce aims. The Sun and Moon go together to form a unit, which certainly has its good side, for the behavior we adopt in order to feel comfortable (the Moon) coincides with the way we naturally develop and realize our potential (the Sun). This gives a certain poise and sang-froid. Much can be achieved, both socially and in the inner life, thanks to the sense of unity imparted by a Sun/Moon conjunction.
Astronomically speaking, a conjunction of the Sun and Moon is a new moon; the symbol of a fresh start, a propitious moment to sow. If the Sun is well placed, the conjunction can give plenty of drive and enthusiasm. But if the Moon is the stronger of the two, involvement in new undertakings is often much more impulsive, and their consequences are not properly thought out-which is not to say that these initiatives are any less important.
At its best, this conjunction unites the male and female principles-anyway, the native always seeks to unite them. Sometimes this leads to strained relationships, because the native does not know which ought to have the upper hand, the active male side or the passive female side. Both sides are inseparably bound together. Sunce i Mjesec djeluju zajedno da formiraju jedinku, koja sigurno ima svojih dobrih strana, jer ponaanje koje usvojimo s ciljem da bismo se osjećali ugodno (MO) u skladu je s načinom na koji prirodno razvijamo i realiziramo svoj potencijal (SO). To daje određenu ravnoteu i oprez. Mnogo se moe postići, i u drutvenom i u unutarnjem ivotu, zahvaljujući jedinstvu koje prua konjunkcija SO i MO.
Astronomski govoreći, konjunkcija SO i MO je mladi mjesec, simbol svjeega početka, izvrstan trenutak da se sije. Ako je SO dobro poloeno, konjunkcija moe dati obilje pogona i entuzijazma. Ali ako je MO jači, poduzimanje novih pothvata vie je impulzivno te se posljedice tih pothvata ne razmatraju onako kako bi trebalo to ne znači da su takve inicijative manje vane. U najboljem slučaju, konjunkcija ujedinjuje muke i enske principe ipak osoba stalno tei da ih ujedini. Ponekad to vodi napetim vezama jer osoba ne zna to bi trebalo biti prvo, aktivna muka strana ili pasivna enska strana. Obje su strane nerazdvojivo povezane.
