La necessità di difendersi dalla volatilità delle componenti di prezzo è determinata anche dalla
strutturazione delle transazioni in essere nel mercato petrolifero. Generalmente, le formule di determinazione del prezzo del greggio, come quella adottata dalla Verificata, offrono il vantaggio di posticipare il momento di determinazione dei prezzi rispetto alla data di conclusione del contratto o a quella dell'ordine, consentendo di valorizzare il greggio ad una data più vicina al momento della sua
consegna. Come si è sottolineato in sede di commento al rilievo n. , suddividere la prezzatura relativa all'infero carico su più quotazioni giornaliere permette ad entrambe le parti di cautelarsi da eventuali improvvise, isolate, oscillazioni del valore del benchmark preso a riferimento. Finché il carico non viene prezzato, dunque, non sussistono condizioni che consentano perdite o guadagni: ci si troverà in una posizione "neutrale" fino a quando la formula di prezzo concordata non inizierà a produrre i suoi effetti. Poiché il valore di acquisto del greggio è riferito alla data di ultimazione delle operazioni di carico, è da questo momento che decorrono gli effetti conseguenti alla emissione della polizza di carico e inizia la valorizzazione (prezzatura) del greggio acquistato. Pertanto, se a questa data il prezzo del greggio risulta superiore rispetto alla quotazione in essere nel periodo di stipula del contratto o di trasmissione dell'ordine, l'acquisto genera una perdita intrinseca e soprattutto, può creare dei problemi di illiquidità/ Tali contratti vengono definiti nella prassi commerciale contratti di forward. Il contratto forward, insieme alle numerose variabili in ballo, rende il mercato del petrolio piu’ volatile rispetto ai mercati finanziari.

Supefetazioni e occupazioni parziali di spazio pubblico sono umani tentativi di personalizzare ambienti non progettati. Abbiamo incontrato due donne che condividono un monolocale per dividere la spesa di 250€ mensili di affitto. Entrambe lavorano; una di loro ha due passaporti e parla perfettamente 3 lingue. Nonostante siano costrette a dormire nello stesso letto non riescono ad arrivare alla fine del mese.
I Rom che arrivano in Italia non tra i più poveri. In molte discariche abbiamo visto comunità poverissime che si dedicano alla raccolta di materiali riciclabili ritrovati e rivenduti per pochi spiccioli, non hanno abbastanza denaro per andare in altri posti.
A _________ abbiamo incontrato la famiglia di _________. Con la seconda moglie e le loro due figlie, vivono nell’appartamento di suo padre. Sono ospiti fino al ritorno della sorella che vi ci abita col marito e i figli, è appena partita per Roma. Anche la famiglia di Lucien ha vissuto in Italia a Napoli per tre anni, sono tornati a luglio per mancanza di lavoro. Ma neanche qui lo hanno ancora trovato. Durante lo scorso inverno nella baracchina che li ospitava le bambine si sono ammalate e hanno passato diverse settimane in ospedale, un motivo in più per cercare di farcela qui a casa sua. We met two women who share a one-room apartment to divide the cost of a 250 euro monthly rent. They both work; one of them has two passports and speaks three languages perfectly. Nevertheless they are forced to sleep in the same bed and have real trouble making ends meet.
The Rom who arrive in Italy are not even the poorest social group. In many refuse dumps we have seen abjectly poor communities who spend their time collecting recyclable material which they sell for loose change. They don’t have enough money to go anywhere else.
In ________ we met the family of __________. With his second wife and their two children they live in his father’s apartment. They are guests until the return of his sister who lives there with her husband and children and has just left for Rome. Lucien’s family too lived in Italy, three years in Naples. They returned in July because they couldn’t find work. But they haven’t found work here either. During the previous winter in the little shack which was their home, the children got sick and spent a number of weeks in hospital, another reason to try to make a living here at home. Fin dal passato più remoto i popoli hanno raccontato storie che parlano del mondo che li circonda. Per tutti loro, prima della parola scritta ci fu il suono. L’intera storia di un popolo si può esprimere attraverso canzoni e racconti, ritmi e danze che sono stati trasmessi come insegnamento tradizionale di generazione in generazione. Le creazioni di narratori, attori, danzatori e cantanti di ogni epoca in ogni angolo del pianeta, sebbene nascono sempre da un popolo specifico, sono invero tutti frammenti di una eredità comune ed occulta, di millenni di migrazioni registrate nei geni di ogni abitante umano della Terra.
Questa tradizione ancestrale che sta alla radice della trasmissione della cultura e del pensiero popolari è il contesto dove nace il nostro spettacolo: “Cantores” (Cantori).
Lo spettacolo è fatto di scene che comprendono canzoni, dialoghi, evocazioni e racconti.
Un attore ed un’attrice in uno spazio vuoto si fanno interpreti di molte culture, lingue e dialetti. Il lavoro è caratterizzato dall’esplorazione di diverse forme di narrazione e di tecniche di canto proprie delle genti di ogni luogo evocato dai cantori. L’uso di percussioni come unici strumenti musicali che accompagnano le canzoni, sottolinea l’origine aracaica di un viaggio che si propone come un’esperienza profondamente contemporanea.

Since the earliest times people have told stories about the world around them. For all people, before the written word came sound. The entire history of a people can be expressed through the medium of songs and stories, rhythms and dances that have been passed on from one generation to another in the form of traditional teaching. The creations of narrators, actors, dancers and singers from all ages and corners of the planet, even if they originate from a particular people, are really all just fragments of a common but hidden legacy, of thousands of years of wanderings recorded in the genes of every human inhabiting this Earth.
This ancestral tradition which is at the root of the transmission of popular culture and thought is the context in which our show “Cantores” (Minstrels) comes about.
The show is made up of scenes which involve songs, dialogues, evocations and stories.
An actor and an actress in an empty space become the interpreters of many cultures, languages and dialects. Running through the work is the exploration of the diverse forms of narration and singing techniques of the people of each place evoked by the singers. The use of percussion instruments as the only form of music to accompany the songs underlines the archaic origin of a journey which is in reality a profoundly contemporary experience.

Source text - Italian Fino ai primi anni del XVI secolo Colpetrazzo non dispone ancora di una vera e propria chiesa parrocchiale: la chiesa di San Bernardino, che svolge questa importante funzione, è infatti un locale posto all’interno delle mura castellane appena oltre la porta d’accesso del castello. La stanza, annessa alla canonica e decorata con un considerevole ciclo di affreschi votivi del secolo XV, nulla ha esteriormente dell’edificio sacro; è piuttosto una cappella interna del castello, di piccole dimensioni e, per accedervi, occorre salire una rampa di anguste scale.
La dedicazione a San Bernardino da Siena, a ricordo di una probabile presenza del santo senese a Colpetrazzo nel corso delle sue predicazioni umbre, non era più sufficiente, in pieno periodo di Controriforma, a rendere quel luogo degno di celebrarvi i divini offici. Questo è quanto si legge nei resoconti delle visite pastorali del 1573 e degli anni successivi,9 nelle quali si ordina anche di costruire una nuova chiesa parrocchiale, più degna di tale funzione e, soprattutto, più grande per poter accogliere tutta la popolazione colpetrazzese che nel corso del secolo era aumentata in maniera consistente.
La nuova parrocchiale di Colpetrazzo, dedicata oltre che a San Bernardino da Siena anche a San Giuseppe, fu costruita negli anni immediatamente successivi al 1573 appena fuori del castello, intorno a un’edicola sacra dedicata alla Madonna. Nel 158210 la nuova chiesa era già terminata e pronta a essere investita del ruolo di chiesa parrocchiale dal vescovo di Todi, Angelo Cesi. Da quello stesso anno, l’antica chiesa di San Bernardino rimase invece per qualche tempo inutilizzata. Il 3 luglio del 1606 i rettori del Monte frumentario di Colpetrazzo, che sarebbe stato istituito, secondo la tradizione, dallo stesso San Bernardino da Siena, chiesero al vescovo di poterla usare come deposito di grano e sede della loro istituzione. Il vescovo, che era ancora Angelo Cesi, acconsentì alla richiesta ma in cambio impose ai montisti di restaurare il locale sottostante, già adibito a cimitero, e di trasferire lì la chiesa di San Bernardino.11 Cosa che fu immediatamente eseguita, come testimoniano le immagini di San Sebastiano, di Sant’Antonio Abate e di Santa Caterina d’Alessandria ivi dipinte dal pittore Pietro Paolo Sensini e datate, appunto, 1606.
Translation - English Up until the beginning of the XVI century Colpetrazzo did not yet have its very own parish church. The church of San Bernardino, which carried out this important function, is actually a room positioned on the inside of the castle walls just past the entrance door to the castle. The room is attached to the rectory and is decorated with an outstanding cycle of votive frescoes from the XV century. Nothing from the outside would suggest that there was anything sacred about it. It is rather an internal chapel of the castle, quite small at that, and to gain access you have to climb a flight of narrow steps.
The dedication to San Bernardino of Siena, a memory of the probable presence of the saint from Siena in Colpetrazzo during the course of his preaching in Umbria, was no longer enough during the Reformation to render the place fitting for the celebration of mass. This is what one garners from the accounts of the pastoral visits of 1573 and successive visits,9 in which a new parish church is ordered to be built. The church was to be more suitable for its function and, above all, bigger to be able to accomodate the whole population of Colpetrazzo which grew continuously throughout the course of the century.
The new parish of Colpetrazzo, dedicated not just to San Bernardino of Siena but also to San Giuseppe, was built in the years immediately following 1573 just outside the castle, around a sacred shrine dedicated to the Madonna. By 158210 the new church had already been finished and was ready to be invested with the role of parish church by the bishop of Todi, Angelo Cesi. From this year, the old church of San Bernardino remained unused for some time. On 3 July 1606 the the directors of the grain association of Colpetrazzo, which was created, according to tradition, by the same San Bernardino from Siena, asked the bishop if they could use it as a grain deposit and the headquarters of their institution. The bishop, once again Angelo Cesi, agreed to the request but in return commanded the monks to restore the room underneath, already being used as a cemetary, and to move the church of San Bernardino there.11 This was done immediately as demonstrated by the paintings of Pietro Paolo Sensini in the churches of San Sebastiano, Sant’Antonio Abate and Santa Caterina d’Alessandria and dated precisely to 1606.

Il cenone della Vigilia a Napoli è il trionfo di tutte le verdure, scarole imbottite, friarielli soffritti, broccoli affogati, ma protagonista assoluto è il pesce, dagli esemplari più umili, tra i quali un tempo era il baccalà oggi dal costo proibitivo, ai più pregiati e costosi come l’aragosta o i grossi e saporiti scampi. Per evitare grassi animali, vietati nel rispetto dell’astinenza imposta dalla Chiesa, i vermicelli devono essere alle vongole, che talvolta sono scappate nelle versioni più modeste, oppure alla notte di Natale, cioè con aglio, olio, acciughe, prezzemolo, capperi e ulive. La tradizione vuole che non manchi la cosiddetta Insalata di rinforzo, in cui il cavolfiore fa solo da supporto a olive bianche e nere, filetti d’acciughe, sott’aceti d’ogni tipo e colore e tutti i sott’oli che si possano immaginare. Il pezzo forte del cenone è senza dubbio il capitone, lesso, arrostito, marinato, fritto o in umido, il capitone viene mangiato più che per rito quasi come un dovere da rispettare, si dice a Napoli pe’ devozione. Nonostante il suo prezzo salga alle stelle nel periodo natalizio, anche le famiglie più modeste fanno qualsiasi sacrificio pur di non rinunciarvi. Una complicata e tortuosa simbologia identifica nel capitone il serpente demoniaco da sconfiggere, schiacciato sotto i piedi della Vergine, mangiato il quale si può finalmente celebrare la nascita del Redentore. Nell’immaginario popolare il capitone è considerato animale portafortuna, capace di esorcizzare il malocchio e, per simbologia fallica, propiziatore di fecondità e fertilità. L’usanza è stata ereditata dagli antichi Romani, presso i quali l’anguilla era tra i cibi di rito per festeggiare i Saturnali che cadevano la notte del 25 dicembre, la più lunga del solstizio d’inverno che segnava il passaggio al nuovo anno. L’anguilla rappresentava il ciclo annuale, l’anno che ritorna sempre su se stesso, poi con la sovrapposizione dei riti cristiani a quelli pagani che fecero coincidere la ricorrenza religiosa della natività con gli antichi festeggiamenti per il nuovo anno, a Napoli si è conservata la tradizione di questo cibo simbolico denso di significati reconditi.
Translation - English Christmas Eve Dinner
Christmas Eve dinner in Napoli is a mixture of all kinds of vegetables such as stuffed scarole, sautéd friarielli and poached broccoli. The star of the show, however, is the fish, the most humble example of which would be the dried salted cod (although nowadays it is prohibitively expensive) and the most exhalted and expensive being lobster or the large and succulent prawns. In order to avoid animal fat (which is forbidden in observance of the fast imposed by the church), the vermicelli pasta has to be eaten with clams (alla vongole), which at times is dished up in its simplest versions or alla notte di natale which means it is cooked with garlic, olive oil, anchovies, parsley, capers and olives. Tradition requires that one must not forget the so-called Insalata di rinforzo in which the cauliflower is just the support to green and black olives, fillets of anchovies, all types and colours of pickled side-dishes and all imaginable types of vegetables in olive oil. The centre-piece of the feast is without doubt the large eel – il capitone. Boiled, roasted, marinated, fried or stewed, the eel is eaten almost as a rite, a duty that must be respected or, as they say in Naples – out of devotion. Notwithstanding its exorbident prices at the Christmas period, even families of the most modest means make sacrifices in order not to go without. A complicated and tortuous symbology identifies the large eel as the demonic serpent to be defeated, crushed under the feet of the Virgin and eaten so that one can finally celebrate the birth of the Redeemer. In popular imagination the capitone is seen as a bringer of good luck, able to exorcize the evil eye, and in phallic symbolism, the bringer of fertility. This custom was inherited from the ancient Romans for whom the conger eel was used to celebrate the Saturnal rights which fell on the night of the 25th of December, the longest of the winter solstice which signified the passage to the New Year. The conger eel represented the annual cycle, the year that always returns. In Naples thus, with the superimposition of the Christian rites on the pagan ones, the Nativity being made to coincide with the ancient pagan New Year festivals, the esoteric tradition of this symbolic food was preserved.
