الترهلات مشكلة تؤرق الكثيرين
يعتبر تجمع الدهون في جسم الانسان من أشد المواضيع أهمية في عالم اليوم الحاضر،فقد أصبحت هذة الظاهرة منتشرة على مستوى جميع الفئات وخطرها يشمل الرجال والنساء، ولا تزال الدراسات الطبية تظهر الواحدة تلو الأخرى محذرة من خطر تراكم الدهون على صحة الكبار و الصغار، ولعل من أحدثها ما أعلنه الباحثون من جامعة هارفرد من أن زيادة الدهون فيي الجسم ترفع من احتمالات العقم لدى النساء، وهو ما يضاف الى جملة من الدراسات التي عن دورها في الاصابة بأمراض مختلفة عدة، وتأثيراتها على القدرات الجنسية لدى الذكور و الاناث، وقد حذرت منظمة الصحة العالمية والرابطة الأمريكيية وادارة الغذاء والدواء الأمريكية من الآثار الصحية الدمرة لزيادة الدهون في الجسم.
وهنالك أدلة طبية تشير الى أن زيادة الدهون ترفع من نسبة الكولسترول الضار في الجسم وتقلل من نسبة الكولسترول النافع للجسم، حيث وللأسف الشديد يزيد تجمعهذه الدهون في منطقة البطن ويبدأ بروز الكرش بشكل ملحوظ، وهذا يؤدي الى حدوث مشاكل صحية معروفة مثل السكري، وخاصة النوع الثاني، حيث أن الدهون تحد من نشاط الأنسولين وتزيد نسبة الكوليسترول في الدم وتعمل على ضيق التنفس وارتفاع التوتر وحموضة المعدة وآلام المفاصل وتشمع الكبدن والاكتئاب كما أن تجمع الدهون يؤدي الى الضغط على الأنسجة الضامة تحت الجلد مما يؤدي الى تغيرات جذرية في مظهر الجلد. | Translation - English
Skin loosening concerns many
Accumulation of fat in the human body is considered one of the most important issues discussed nowadays. This phenomenon is widely spread among men and women from all different classes. Medical studies are continuously warning of the bad effect of fat accumulation in all age groups. Recently published studies from Harvard showed that the increase of human body fat makes women infertility rate higher.
This is added to a lot of studies which have showed that the increase of human body fat can cause a lot of diseases, it can also negatively affect sexual in men and women. World Health Organization (WHO), American Association and food and Drug Administration (FDA) warned from serious health problems caused by the increase of human body fat.
Medical evidence has shown that the increase of the human body fat increases the bad cholesterol and decreases the good cholesterol levels in the blood. This fat will accumulate in the belly area noticeably and will cause well known health problems such as diabetes; especially type II. As fat levels will decrease insulin secretion and increases the cholesterol level in the blood, shortness of breath, increase in anxiety, stomach acidity and joint pain, liver cirrhosis and depression .more over fat accumulation leads to pressure on the subcutaneous connective tissue which causes to dramatic changes in skin appearance.
