Source text - English Cedefop has always been looking at the responsiveness of vocational education and training to labour market needs. Since 2001 Cedefop has particularly intensified its work on early identification and anticipation of skill needs. Already at that time this topic was addressed by many countries and believed to be of considerable importance. Since then substantial progress has been achieved in developing national systems and methods as well as information collection and analysis at European level. Interest in early identification of skill needs has grown remarkably and skill needs are now on the top of the policy agenda in the European Union and most Member States. Interest is closely related to the increasing importance of matching skills with labour market needs as the demand for skills in Europe is changing rapidly due to challenges arising from technological development, innovation, globalisation and demographic change.

Manpower planning assisted by more or less computerised - mostly econometric - models as a major and only way of forecasting labour needs has become a matter of the past. At present there are two main functions of labour-market needs forecasting by occupation and qualification: a policy function where forecasting serves as a point of reference, and an information function where the available forecast data are used, among others, by guidance and counselling services. This requires fairly detailed and robust data, 'well processed' for the end user. Labour-market information becomes a public good going beyond serving a restricted group of experts, decision-makers and social partners. The prevailing question for future oriented research into skill needs is not: 'How many people in this profession will be required in 5 to 10 years?' but: 'Which professions and what kind of new qualifications and skills?' and: 'What qualities of the workforce will be in demand?'. The new functions and research questions require non-mechanistic approaches and enriched methods and, therefore, more than computerised manpower forecasting models.

Main methods used at present in Europe vary from quantitative and semi-quantitative approaches such as econometric forecasting models (national level, sometimes allowing spatial disaggregation), surveys among employers, skills audits; to qualitative, such as Delphi method, case studies, focus groups, sector scouting and determining qualification requirements among trendsetting companies (see more in Cedefop, Abicht and Freikamp, 2005), and finally combined/holistic approaches, such as foresights, shared diagnosis, scenarios (including some proactive approaches to construction of the future - strategies, backcasting, etc.), observatories (sector, regional). Other approaches used include sector studies, alumni surveys and monitors, specific branch/type of activity/occupation/field of qualification studies, studies on skill requirements for specific target groups (unemployed, disabled, low/non-qualified, ethnic minorities, foreign workers) and so on.

Интересът към ранното установяване на потребностите от умения се е увеличил неимоверно и сега потребностите от умения са начело на политическия дневен ред в Европейския Съюз и в повечето страни-членки. Информацията за пазара на труда се превръща в публична стока,превишавайки статуса си на услуга, предназначена за ограничена група експерти, хора, отговорни за вземането на решения, и социални партньори. Основният въпрос към бъдещите изследвания, свързани с уменията, не е: „Колко хора с тази професия ще бъдат нужни след 5 до 10 години?”, а „Кои професии и какви видове нови квалификации и умения ще се търсят?” и „Какви ще са търсените качества на работната ръка?”. Новите функции и изследователски въпроси изискват немеханизирани подходи и обогатени методи и, следователно, повече от компютъризирани модели за прогнозиране на работната ръка.

Те изискват активно сътрудничество с организациите на бизнеса, социалните партньори и неправителствения сектор и са насочени най-вече към частния сектор. В тази връзка ще се търси още по-голяма активност в реализирането на съвместни инициативи на държавата и социалните партньори, изразяващи се в публично-частни партньорства, съвместни проекти, прилагане на Кодекси за добри практики, известни с положителните си резултати в редица държави-членки и колективното трудово договаряне със специфични клаузи в областта на равнопоставеността на всички нива. Translation - English We could note that not only the legally adopted measures and the control over their observation, but also the implementation of the so called “soft law” or nonnormative measures should be consolidated in regard to the surmounting of the income inequality between men and women. This requires active cooperation with business organizations, social partners, and the non-governmental sector and is orientated particularly towards the private sector. In reference to that, a greater activity will be sought regarding the implementation of joined initiatives of the state and the social partners, manifested by partnerships between the public and the private sectors, joined projects, the application of best practice codes, which are famous for the positive results they bring in a number of member States and the collective labor negotiating with specific clauses in the field of equality on all levels. The wider dissemination of the practices of the Corporate social responsibility for facilitating the coordination of private life, family, and career contributes as well by creating better conditions and possibilities for raising and upbringing the children of the employed.

Source text - German Der abzuleitende Brandgas/Luft-Volumenstrom ergibt sich durch den Brandgas-Volumenstrom des Bemessungsbrandes zuzüglich der diesem bis zur Entrauchungsöffnung bzw. bis zum Entrauchungsventilator beigemischten Raumluft. Der Einmischvorgang in den Brandgasstrom ist im Wesentlichen ein turbulenter Vorgang. Er lässt sich mit der für Sicherheitsfragen erforderlichen Genauigkeit nur experimentell unter Beachtung der Kriterien der Ähnlichkeitsmechanik oder numerisch mit extrem hohem Aufwand bestimmen, siehe VDI-Richtlinie 6019-2. Das I.F.I. empfiehlt hier üblicherweise einen experimentellen Nachweis und hat bereits zahlreiche experimentelle Nachweise erbracht, auf welche auch im Folgenden Bezug genommen wird.
Grundsätzlich unterscheidet man, wie auch in EN 12101, in eine natürliche Rauchableitung über natürliche Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsgeräte (NRWG) und in eine maschinelle Rauchableitung mittels maschineller Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsgeräte (MRWG). Eine natürliche Rauchableitung über die Lichtbänder der Mall ist im vorliegenden Fall wegen des Parkgeschosses (im 2. OG) und der damit verbundenen Strömungswiderstände der Rauchgasabströmung nicht zu empfehlen. Daher wurde festgelegt, dass in den Malls und den Rotunden eine maschinelle Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlage (MRWA) vorgesehen werden soll.
Translation - Bulgarian Подлежащият на отвеждане обемен поток пожарен газ/въздух е резултат от обемния поток пожарен газ на оразмерителния пожар плюс смесения въздух в помещението до отвора за обездимяване респ. до вентилатора за обездимяване. Процесът на смесване в потока пожарен газ по същество е турбулентен процес. Той може да бъде установен с необходимата за въпросите на сигурността точност само експериментално при съблюдаване на критериите на техниката за аналогичност или числено - на база екстремно висок разход, вж. директива 6019-2 на Съюза на Немските Инженери. I.F.I. обикновено препоръчва в такъв случай експерименталните доказателства и вече е предоставил множество такива, върху които ще се спрем по-късно.
Принципно, както и при EN 12101, се прави разлика между естествено димоотвеждане чрез естествени димо- и топлоотвеждащи съоръжения (ЕДТС) и механично димоотвеждане с помощта на механични димо- и топлоотвеждащи съоръжения (МДТС). Естествен димоотвод през прозоречната линия на мола не се препоръчва в този случай заради етажа за паркиране (втори етаж) и свързаните с него съпротивителни течения на оттичането на димния газ. Поради това беше решено в моловете и ротондите да бъде предвидена механична димо- и топлоотвеждаща инсталация (МДТИ).

Die Soziale Marktwirtschaft, sie ist die menschliche Marktwirtschaft. Sie belohnt Leistung, und sie bestraft Unfairness. Sie gibt dem Starken Freiraum, und sie ermöglicht dem Schwachen Solidarität. Sie weiß um das Wesen des Menschen. Darum spornt sie an, aber sie setzt auch Grenzen. Sie schafft Wohlstand und Gerechtigkeit. Sie ist die dem Menschen gemäße Form des Wirtschaftens. Der Fall der Mauer, dessen 20. Jahrestag wir im kommenden Jahr begehen, kann uns alle in Deutschland stolz und dankbar machen. Stolz, weil es ohne Widerstand und Opposition der Menschen in der DDR die deutsche Einheit nicht gegeben hätte, und dankbar, weil es ohne Prag 1968, ohne Solidarnosc in Polen, ohne die Treue der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, und auch ohne den Reformkurs von Michail Gorbatschow die deutsche Einheit ebenso wenig gegeben hätte wie ohne das beherzte Handeln von Helmut Kohl und das Vertrauen, das er in Ost und West genoss.

Die SPD und die Linken haben in Hessen vorgemacht, was Deutschland im nächsten Jahr blühen kann: Erst werden die Wähler angelogen, und dann soll ein linksroter Durchmarsch kommen. Die SPD ist in Hessen tatsächlich zweimal mit dem gleichen Kopf gegen die gleiche Wand gerannt. Jetzt hat sie dazugelernt. Падането на Стената, двадесетият юбилей от което ще отбележим идната година, кара всички нас в Германия да се гордеем и да бъдем благодарни. Можем да се гордеем, защото без съпротивата и опозицията на хората в ГДР немското обединение нямаше да съществува, и трябва да бъдем благодарни, защото без събитията в Прага през 1968 г., без „Солидарност” в Полша, без верността на Съединените Американски Щати и без Перестройката на Михаил Горбачов немското обединение щеше да е също толкова малко възможно, колкото и без решителните действия на Хелмут Кол и доверието, на което той се радваше, както на изток, така и на запад.

В Хесен ГСДП и Лявата партия представиха това, което Германия я очаква в следващата година – първо избирателите ще бъдат лъгани, а после да дойде една лява червена политическа диария. ГСДП в Хесен наистина се опита два пъти да разбие една и съща стена с една и съща глава. Сега си е взела поука от това и ще вземе нова глава, с която отново да се засили срещу същата стена.

As common practice in my country commands, I have worked with translations of Bulgarian to German and English, as well as between German and English.
In the past year I have been working with two agencies based in the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia - "Interland BG" and "Alvena". I have translated documents pertaining to social sciences, sociology, statistics, general law (contracts, court documents, construction permits), marketing, PR, culture in general, as well as documents on general issues. The translations I have provided were destined not only to private persons, but also to big companies like TNT (press releases), as well as governmental institutions (declarations, EU level speeches).
Beside that, my special areas of expertise are the arts - art history, literature, linguistics, cultural history, anthropology, philosophy, history, archeology, as well as social sciences, politics/governmental, marketing, management, PR and a very rare expertise field - porcelain and ceramics (East Asian and European porcelain and ceramics, history, theory, decoration, technology of creation and firing).
During my studies I have taught English, German, and Latin as a private teacher.
I have studied at an elite and very demanding high school for ancient languages and cultures, where translations to and from three ancient languages and a modern one (Latin, Ancient Greek, Ancient Bulgarian, and English) were part of my daily life for five years. I graduated with honors, specializing in Cultural History and Philosophy, as well as Politics.
After that I went on to a BA in Sociology at the Sofia University in Bulgaria for year, which I withdrew from in order to start a BA program in History and Theory of Art and Literature at the International University Bremen (now called Jacobs University) in Germany, where English was not only language of instruction, but also the official campus language, as our closed society hosted students from over 96 countries, which gave me an incredible intercultural competence. My studies of Art history and English Literature were strongly accompanied by compulsory courses in Social Sciences (theory, as well as applied statistics), which, while not an official minor in my degree, have exactly such nature.
After I graduated, I moved on to an MA in Culture and Management at the Dresden International University, where German is the official language of instruction. All in all, I have been living in Germany for the past four years.
I work with all the programs of the Microsoft Office package (currently using the 2007 version), I can handle .pdf files and I use Adobe Acrobat Professional 8. I also work with Adobe Photoshop CS2 and can tackle SPSS 12.0 on a basic level. I use Trados as well.
