In case of a fire alarm or any other warning (including visual or audible alarms) the guest is required to observe the following:
• Immediately cease any activity.
• Retain yourself from collecting any personal objects.
• Should the surrounding area be extremely smoky, to assist breathing use a wet piece of cloth to filter the air.
• Smoke rises so stay close to the ground.
• In case the fire does not allow you to the exit prevent the smoke entering the room (chimney effect) by sealing any slots using a wet blanket or piece of cloth, then wait for help to arrive.
• Should the area be surrounded by flames cover yourself with a wet blanket.
• Exit in an orderly fashion staging in groups where possible avoiding running, yelling or shouting.
• If possible stay in queue behind the person who will open the doors guiding you toward the rescue meeting point (for organized tour groups only).
• Keep calm and do not panic.
• Follow the exit track (see attached maps).
• Reach the rescue point (see the attached maps) far from the building and wait for help. Once you’ve reached it, the Hotel Responsible person will check and count for any missing people.
• Do not attempt to use water in case of a fire caused by an electrical device.

non appena udito il segnale d'allarme o in qualsiasi altro modo ricevuto un avviso di pericolo l'opsite dovrà adottare il seguente comportamento:
interrompere qualsiasi attivtà
se l'ambiente circostante è saturo di fumo, per respirare filtrare l'aria con un fazzoletto bagnato.
ricordarsi che il fumo addensa in alto e quindi che la'ria è più respirabile in basso.
se il fuoco non permette di uscire dalla stanza sigillare con una coperta o stracci bagnati le fessure della porta per dimunuire l'ingresso del fumo per evitare l'effetto camino nella stanza, attendere l'arrivo dei soccorsi.
se l'ambiente circostante è interessato dalle fiamme coprirsi con una coperta bagnata.
Mettersi in fila alle altre persone eventualemnte presenti, evitando di correre, il vociare confuso, grida e richiami.
rimanere possiblmente incolonnati dietro alla persona apri-fila che aprirà le porte guidando la fila verso il luogo sicuro di raccolta.
mantenere la calma non farsi prednere dal panico.
seguire la vie di fuca indicate (vedi planimetrie allegate).
raggiungere il luogo sicuro lontano dall'edificio ed attendere i soccorsi. Qui il Responsabile effettuerà un controllo per individuare eventuali persone mancanti.
Non usare acqua per spegnare inendi di origine elettrica.
