Having been born and raised in Brussels by a Belgian mother and
an American father who both demanded the highest standards in
grammar,style and usage in their respective languages; having
been educated in an American system with an all-British faculty;
and having spent much time on both sides of the Atlantic, I have a commanding grasp of both languages, formally and idiomatically.
