كان تشغيل منظومة الرمادي في أعوام الفيضان يتم في تصريف المياه الزائدة إلى بحيرة الحبانية التي تبلغ طاقتها الاستيعابية 2،3 مليار م3 بضمنها الخزن الميت ومن ثم إعادتها إلى نهر الفرات عن طريق جدول الذبان أو تفريغها إلى بحيرة الرزازة في حالة الخطر الشديد. وبعد إنشاء سد حديثة والمباشرة بإعمال الخزن فيه فإن منظومة الرمادي اقتصر على استيعاب الكميات الزائدة بعد امتلاء بحيرة الحديثة إلى المنسوب التصميمي وكذلك استيعاب موجات المياه القادمة من الوديان التي تصب في نهر الفرات عند سقوط كميات كبيرة من الأمطار وسيول الوديان القريبة من النهر.

In flood years, operating Ramadi System was represented in draining excess water to Al-Habbaniya Lake whose capacity amounts 2.3 milliard cubic meters, including dead storage, and then diverted back to Euphrates river through Thaban stream or drained into Razzaza Lake at emergencies. After the construction of Haditha Dam and carrying out storage operations, Ramadi system became limited to retain the excess water, after Haditha Lake reaches the designed water-level, and retain floodwater coming from valleys flowing into Euphrates river on falling of big quantities of rains and floods along valleys close to river

We conducted our audit in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing. Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. An audit also includes assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the overall financial statement presentation.
