PHASES 2 & 3 : INJECTIONS HYPOOSMOLAIRES
Pourquoi pratiquer l'injection après la phase de lipolyse ?
Ce nouvel assaut attaque cette fois les cellules adipocytaires.
Elles sont vidées de leurs graisses, mais encore vivantes. Si nous ne détruisons pas cette fois ce tissu gras, les adipocytes empliront vite leur vacuole vide de ces lipides déversés dans les tissus.
Les phases Il et III ont pour rôle, d'une part, de fragiliser les cellules grasses résiduelles, puis, d'autre part, de détruire les parois membranaires.
Les cellules mortes seront évacuées du terrain par les macrophages et convoyées vers le système lymphatique.
Arrêtons nous un instant, et précisons un élément important pour la compréhension de l'ensemble: il faut que les cellules soient réellement détruites pour que le système lymphatique puisse les éliminer. Le système lymphatique ne sait pas, ne peut heureusement pas, convoyer des éléments vivants. Laissons-donc de côté ces affirmations trop répandues et absurdes selon lesquelles il suffit d'un « drainage» pour éliminer le gras...
Le système lymphatique est une entreprise d'assainissement, et d'évacuation de débris morts.
Nous n'aurions que peu de résultats dans notre entreprise si la phase de lipolyse, pourtant essentielle, n'était suivie des deux autres.
PHASE 2 : REFROIDISSEMENT DES ZONES TRAITEES
En phase 2 il y a refroidissement des zones traitées. Le cycle biochimique précédent se termine. Un glaçage de la zone de traitement permet un retour des téguments à une température normale avant l'induction de la phase suivante. La peau et les plans profonds sont refroidis à une température de 2° Celsius. De plus, l'effet anesthésiant du froid rend tes injections beaucoup plus confortables. Cette phase nécessite quelques minutes.
PHASE 3 : DESTRUCTION ADIPOCYTAIRE PREMIERE VAGUE
Cette phase fragilise, puis détruit le tissu adipocytaire. Elle utilise le principe biologique de l'osmose : Les différences de concentration entre les deux liquides, intra et extra cellulaire, séparés par la membrane semi-perméable de la cellule grasse s'équilibrent. Il se produit un flux de liquide vers le milieu le plus concentré, c'est-à-dire le milieu intra cellulaire. Le flux osmotique permet d'obtenir une distension de l'adipocyte ; la cellule gonfle, sa membrane se fissure et casse sous la pression, et la cellule meurt.
Comment se réalisent ces injections hypotoniques ? Le médecin empaume la zone à traiter pour y former un pli épais. Le liquide hypo¬osmolaire est injecté sur la zone par punctures profondes répétées. Les adipocytes baignés par ce liquide gonflent par phénomène osmotique. L'adipocyte pourra ainsi atteindre un volume 27 fois supérieur à celui d'origine. Cette surtension sur les parois cellulaires provoque un éclatement de la membrane adipocytaire. Les débris cellulaires seront évacués par les macrophages, puis par le système lymphatique. Ces résidus passent ensuite vers le système cave, sont filtrés par les reins, et éliminés avec les urines. Progressivement au fil des séances, le volume des zones traitées diminue visiblement. 3 à 6 séances d'injections sont nécessaires en moyenne (voire parfois plus).
Quelle est la composition du soluté hypo osmolaire ? La base de cette formule est un sérum isotonique de chlorure de sodium (sérum physiologique) qui sera plus ou moins dilué en fonction de :
- la zone à traiter
- l'épaisseur, le degré de fibrose et l'ancienneté des masses grasses concernées.
Pour choisir une dilution spécifique et optimisée, pour obtenir un maximum d'efficacité et éviter toute agressivité du produit, il faut au praticien une formation sérieuse et une bonne expérience personnelle.

We would have only very few results in our enterprise if the lipolysis stage; however essential, was not followed by the other two stages. PHASE 2: COOLING OF THE TREATED ZONES
In phase 2 there is cooling of the treated zones. The previous biochemical cycle ends. Buffing³ the treatment zones allows the teguments to return to normal temperature before initiating the following stage. The skin and the deep planes are cooled to a temperature of 2° Celsius What is more; the anesthetic effect of the cold makes the injections much more comfortable. This stage takes a few minutes.
PHASE 3: FIRST RUN OF ADIPOSITORY DESTRUCTION
This stage weakens, and then destroys the adipository tissue. It uses the biological principle of osmosis: The differences in concentration between the two liquids, intra and extra cellular, separated by the semi-permeable membrane of the fatty cell, even out A flow of liquid to the most concentrated medium occurs, that is, the intracellular medium. The osmotic flow enables distension in the adipocyte; the cell swells up, its membrane cracks and breaks under the pressure, and the cell dies.
How are hypotonic injections carried out? The doctor grasps the area to be treated to form a thick fold. The hypo-osmolary liquid is injected into the area by deep recurring punctures. The adipocytes bathed by this liquid swell up by osmotic phenomena. The adipocyte will thus be able to reach a volume 27 times greater than its original volume. This overload on the cellular walls provokes a rupturing of the adipository membrane. The cellular debris will be evacuated by the macrophages, then by the lymphatic system. These residues then pass through the cava system, are filtered by the kidneys and eliminated with the urine. Gradually, throughout the sessions, the volume of the treated zones reduces visibly. At least 3 – 6 sessions of injections are necessary (sometimes even more).
What is the composition of hypo-osmolary solute? The basis of this formula is an isotonic serum with sodium chloride (physiological serum) which will be more or less diluted according to:
- the area to be treated
- the thickness, degree of fibrosis and age of the fat masses concerned
To choose a specific and optimized dilution, and to obtain maximum efficiency and avoid any aggressive reaction from the product, you must have a very well-trained practitioner with very good personal experience of these treatments.
