Before leaving, you must check if you have all your documents: identifications, visas, passports or any documents that you will need (verifying the expedition date) and your tickets.
In order to control any unexpected case, please arrive with plenty of time to our check-in desks. It is preferable to count with extra time, that delaying your itinerary.
- Arrive 120 minutes before your departure schedule for domestic flights.
- Arrive 180 minutes before your departure schedule for international flights.
In order to avoid to be delayed in this process, please consult the restricted articles, and the documented baggage, in advice to avoid any surprises that could complicate your flight.
