Článok I.
Predmetom tejto zmluvy je záväzok komisionára zastupovať komitenta v colnom konaní podľa tejto zmluvy a to vo vlastnom mene a na účet komitenta na všetkých colných úradoch Slovenskej republiky, v súlade s NR EHS č.2913/92 čl. 5 ods. 2. / ide o tzv. nepriame zastúpenie / a záväzok komitenta zaplatiť za túto činnosť komisionárovi odmenu podľa článku VI. zmluvy.
Článok II.
Komisionár je povinný postupovať pri zariaďovaní záležitostí s odbornou starostlivosťou, podľa pokynov komitenta a v súlade s jeho záujmami. Daňovým dokladom pre komitenta je faktúra – daňový doklad vystavený komisionárom na základe a v zhode s príslušným JCD resp. JCDd.
Článok III.
Komisionár je povinný oznámiť komitentovi všetky okolnosti, ktoré zistil pri zariaďovaní záležitostí a ktoré by mohli ovplyvniť pokyny komitenta. Komisionár sa môže odchýliť od pokynov komitenta iba v prípade, že je to nevyhnutné v záujme komitenta a komisionár nemôže včas obdržať jeho súhlas.

Article I.
Subject of this contract is commitment of the Commissioner to represent the Principal in customs procedures according to this Contract on his own name and on account of the Principal, at all customs offices of Slovak Republic, in accordance with CR EHS no. 2913/92, art. 5 par. 2. /it is so called indirect representation/ and commitment of the Principal to pay to the Commissioner reward for this activity, in accordance with article VI. of this Contract.
Article II.
The Commissioner is during processing of matters obliged to proceed with professional are, according to instructions of the Principal and in accordance with its interests. The tax document for the Principal is an invoice – tax document issued by the Commissioner on the base and in accordance with relevant JCD (custom declaration form), event. JCDd.
Article III.
The Commissioner is obliged to report the Principal about all circumstances, he has encountered in the course of proceedings and that could influence instructions of the Principal. The Commissioner is allowed to deviate from instructions of the Principal only if it is necessary for interests of the Principal and the Commissioner can not receive his consent in time.

INTRODUCTION
The Fire and Emergency Task Group is one of eight task groups of the organization’s Facility Safety and Health Committee (FSHC). The purpose of the Health and Environment Task Group is to insure that effective fire and emergency procedures are established and maintained to protect people, property, and the environment.
FIRE AND EMERGENCY TASK GROUP
Purpose
To insure that effective fire and emergency procedures are established and maintained to protect personnel and property.
Fundamentals
A. Fires and emergencies present serious potential personnel hazards and property losses.
B. Personnel must be properly trained to effectively respond to fires and emergencies.
C. Properly trained and knowledgeable personnel can effectively prevent fires and minimize their effects.
D. All supervisors and employees are responsible for protection personnel and property.
Responsibilities
The Fire and Emergency Task Group is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s emergency management system. To accomplish this objective, it must make sure that the following basic points are understood by all managers and employees:
1. Fires, explosions, spills, and releases can seriously harm people, property, and the environment.
2. Personnel must be properly trained and equipped to manage emergency situations effectively.
3. Properly trained and equipped personnel can prevent emergency situations, as well as minimizing the harm if an emergency does occur.
4. All personnel are responsible for protecting people, property, and the environment.

ÚVOD
Úlohová skupina pre požiar a havárie je jednou z ôsmych úlohových skupín Výboru pre bezpečnosť a zdravie v objekte spoločnosti (VBZO). Účelom Úlohovej skupiny pre požiar a havárie je zabezpečiť, aby boli zavedené a udržiavané efektívne postupy pri požiaroch a haváriách, ktoré budú chrániť ľudí, majetok a životné prostredie.
ÚLOHOVÁ SKUPINA PRE POŽIAR A HAVÁRIE
Účel
Zabezpečiť zavedenie a udržanie postupov pri požiari a haváriách, ktoré budú chrániť personál a majetok.
Základy
A. Požiare a havárie predstavujú vážne potenciálne riziko pre personál a škody na majetku.
B. Personál musí byť dobre vyškolený, aby mohol účinne reagovať pri výskyte požiaru a pri haváriách.
C. Správne vyškolený a oboznámený personál môže účinne zabrániť požiarom a minimalizovať ich vplyvy.
D. Všetci majstri a zamestnanci sú zodpovední za ochranu osôb a majetku.
Zodpovednosti
Úlohová skupina pre požiar a havárie je zodpovedná za vypracovanie, implementáciu a udržiavanie systému riadenia havarijných situácií v organizácii. Aby sa tento cieľ dal uskutočniť, všetci manažéri a zamestnanci musia pochopiť nasledovné základné body.
1. Požiare, explózie, vyliatie a únik nebezpečných látok môžu spôsobiť značné škody na zdraví ľudí, majetku a na životnom prostredí.
2. Personál musí byť riadne vyškolený a vybavený na efektívne zvládnutie havarijných situácií.
3. Správne vyškolený a vybavený personál môže zabrániť vzniku havarijných situácií, ako aj minimalizovať spôsobené škody, ak dôjde k výskytu havarijnej situácie.
