00.1 各当事者は、本契約の全ての規定ならびに条件、本契約に基づきないしそれに関連して他方当事者より開示された一切の情報ならびに本契約の実施の結果として受理した上記以外の一切の情報（「秘密情報」とする）を厳秘扱いとし、本第00条に特定する場合を除き、他方当事者の書面による承諾（合理的理由なく拒否されてはならない）なしに秘密情報をいかなる第三者にも開示してはならない。
