После подсчета голосов избирателей и заполнения протокола об итогах голосования безопасность и достоверность избирательной документации также обеспечивается. В избирательном законодательстве Российской Федерации, инструкциях ЦИК России детально, поэтапно, шаг за шагом прописаны порядок подсчета голосов избирателей, заполнения протокола участковой избирательной комиссии об итогах голосования, выдачи его копий и работа с ним после его подписания. Протокол является действительным, если он подписан большинством от установленного числа членов участковой избирательной комиссии с правом решающего голоса. Возможность получения копий протоколов и порядок заверения копий также определен федеральным законодательством, что является гарантией достоверности установления итогов голосования. Учитывая особую актуальность данных вопросов, ЦИК России подготовила специальный учебный фильм о порядке выдачи копий протоколов об итогах голосования с участием представителей политических партий. Ответственность за сохранность избирательной документации постановлением соответствующей избирательной комиссии возлагается на председателя (заместителя председателя), секретаря этой избирательной комиссии до передачи документов в вышестоящую избирательную комиссию либо в архив или ее уничтожения по истечении сроков хранения. Хранение, передача в архив и уничтожение документов осуществляется в соответствии с федеральным законодательством и нормативными документами ЦИК России. По истечении сроков хранения документы постоянного хранения передаются в государственные архивы, а документы временного хранения уничтожаются в соответствии с утвержденным Порядком. Например, с начала следующего года ЦИК России начнет передавать в Государственный архив Российской Федерации документы, связанные с подготовкой и проведением всенародного голосования по проекту Конституции Российской Федерации, выборам членов Совета Федерации и депутатов Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации первого созыва, то есть с 1993 года. The safety and authenticity of electoral documentation is also ensured after the vote count has been carried out and a protocol of voting results has been compiled. The electoral legislation of the Russian Federation and instructions for the CEC of Russia describe step by step, in detail, the procedures of vote counting, compiling a protocol of voting results by a precinct election commission, issuing copies of the protocol and processing the protocol after it has been signed. The protocol is valid if it is signed by the majority of the established number of members with casting votes of the precinct election commission. The procedure of obtaining copies of protocols and the certification procedure for the copies are also regulated by the federal legislation, which guarantees the validity of the voting results. Given the pertinence of these issues, the CEC of Russia has issued a special educational video about the procedure of issuing copies of protocols of voting results with participation of political parties' representatives. Election commissions issue decrees placing the chairman of the respective commission (or their deputy) and the secretary of the commission in charge of the safekeeping of electoral documentation until the documents are transferred to a higher-level election commission or to the archive, or until they are destroyed upon the expiration of the storage period. Safekeeping, transfer and destruction of documents are performed in compliance with the federal legislation and regulatory documents of the CEC of Russia. Upon the expiration of the safekeeping periods, documents designated for permanent storage are transferred to state archives, while documents designated for short-term storage are destroyed in accordance with the established procedure. For instance, from the beginning of the next year the CEC of Russia will begin to hand over to the State Archive of the Russian Federation documents related to the preparation and implementation of a nation-wide vote on the draft Constitution of the Russian Federation and of the elections of members of the Federation Council and deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the first convocation, dating from 1993. NOVEMBER VIP-RACES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All players will automatically participate in “November VIP-Races”.
2. “November VIP-Races” prizes will be rewarded according to the leader board, which is final.
3. “November VIP-Races” scores and prizes presented by Entraction Network are undisputable and final.
4. The prizes will be paid according to the leader boards as cash to winners' poker account no later than December 10th, 2009.
5. “November VIP-Races” prize is not deductable from any other bonuses or promotions.
6. The team play is strictly forbidden. If evidence arises that more than one person has played on a poker account, the account will be
disqualified from this campaign.
7. Poker accounts cannot be utilized for the “November VIP-Races” purposes more than 16 hours per day. If evidence arises that a
poker account has been used more than 16 hours per day for the “November VIP-Races” purposes, the account will be disqualified from
this campaign.
8. If a player is disqualified from “November VIP-Races” the whole leader board will be shifted up with one place.
9. In case of a tie between players final score, an average amount of their combined prizes will be paid out.
10. Entraction Network reserves the right to close any account that is suspected to be involved in the abuse of this campaign and
confiscate paid prizes on such accounts.
11. Entraction Network reserves the right to reasonably use player’s nickname for marketing purposes and in future promotions without
additional compensation.
12. Entraction Network reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a promotional offer as well as changing the criteria for taking part of the
offer at any time regardless of any information given in conjunction with the offer.
13. The original English version of this Terms and Conditions may have been translated into other languages. In the event of
inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of this Terms and Conditions, the English

УСЛОВИЯ И ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ НОЯБРЬСКИХ ВИП-ГОНОК

2. Призы в “Ноябрьских ВИП-гонках" выплачиваются в соответствии с ежедневным рейтингом leader board и не подлежат пересмотру.

8. Если игрок лишен права участия в “Ноябрьских ВИП-гонках”, весь рейтинг leader board сдвигается на одно место.
9. Если игроки выходят в финальный список с одинаковыми результатами, будет выплачена средняя сумма их призов.
10. Сеть Entraction Network оставляет за собой право закрыть любой аккаунт, владелец которого подозревается в злоупотреблении этой акцией, и конфисковать выплаченные на этот аккаунт призы.
11. Сеть Entraction Network оставляет за собой право использовать в разумных пределах «ник» игрока в маркетинговых целях и в будущих акциях без дополнительных компенсаций.
12. Сеть Entraction Network оставляет за собой право прекращать действие акции либо изменять условия участия в акции в любое время независимо от любой информации, предоставленной в связи с акцией.
