Most of my life I have been working in jobs related to my University degree on Physical Therapy.
Since 2005 I started to devote more time to translations and it now takes a big part of my working time.
The main fields I work on are:
1. Automotive
2. Dental instrumentation
3. General technical manual
4. Marketing
5. Tourism
My language pairs are German and English to Japanese.
At the moment I use Windosws 7 computers with Office 2010.
The CAT tools I use are Star Transit and Trados, and at times MemoQ, Wordfast Pro and Across.
I usually translate from 3,000 to 4,000 words per day.
