I have a Nuclear Physics Degree by the Empirial College of London and 26 years of professional experience as a software and technical consultant in diverse environments and markets.
In 1985 I carried out the translation from Spanish into English of the Basic Programming Language Manual for Cii Honeywell Bull.
From 1990 to 2006 and working in companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation, NCR, Alcatel, Telefonica and Avanzit Tecnología, I carried out the translation to English and French of many tenders to several customers, including among them, Cisco Systems, France Telecom, Huawei and Northern Telecom (Nortel).
My professional experience as a senior translator includes the Corporate Presentation of Avanzit Group in both English and French.
Several user's manuals, brochures and other marketing documentation have also been translated to English and French by my translation team, specially in the field of Healthcare software solutions.
I localized the Corporate Healthcare software application Gowin (Valen Computer), using Trados and Babylon as translation tools.
Moreover, during this time I got a degree in Fine Arts, in the specialty of Engraving.
