Source text - English DEFINITIONS 1. In this Trust where the context so admits the following expressions bear the following respective meanings: (a) “the Trustees” means the Trustees or other trustees or trustee for the time being of this Trust. (b) “the Trust Fund” means the property listed in the Second Schedule hereto which has been transferred to the Trustees and all other (if any) capital moneys and investments, shares, quotas or other property real or personal which may at any time hereafter be paid to or transferred into the names or under the legal control of the Trustees to be held upon the trusts hereof or which may at any time hereafter in any other manner become subject to the trusts hereof including all income paid and/or accrued upon or in respect thereof and the property from time to time representing the same respectively. (c) “the Beneficiaries” means and includes all and any persons specified or described in Clause 4 hereof. And the expression “Beneficiary” has a corresponding meaning. (d) “Issue” shall mean, notwithstanding any law to the contrary, natural legitimate and legitimated lineal descendants of the person referred to whether now living or hereafter born and any child born to, adopted or otherwise legitimated by the person referred to after this Trust is executed; provided however, that such child legally adopted or otherwise legitimated was under the age of 18 years when so adopted or otherwise legitimated. Source text - Spanish Caracterización ecosistemática La escasez de precipitaciones, la baja humedad relativa atmosférica y los vientos desecantes, características comunes a la Patagonia extra-andina, condicionan paisajes de estepa arbustiva o arbustivo-graminosa desértica o semidesértica, con baja diversidad específica. Dentro de la provincia fitogeográfica Patagónica, la vegetación dominante se corresponde con la del Distrito Central descripta por Soriano en 1956. La topografía modula la expresión de estas limitaciones, permitiendo la acumulación de agua, de materiales finos y de arenas de redeposición en los bajos donde se forman “mallines”, con un incipiente desarrollo del perfil de suelo. Se originan también lagunas. Los tramos superiores de la subcuenca son los orígenes de esos aportes, los que incluyen fracciones de granulometría diversa y de sales capaces de acumularse en los sectores de relieve negativo y evidencian encostramientos en la periferia de las lagunas permanentes o temporarias. Esa dinámica de procesos erosivos, redeposiciones y acumulaciones es característica de los ecosistemas originales. Los Mapas Nº 2 y 3 de Unidades de Vegetación reflejan ajustadamente dicha influencia de la topografía. Consecuentemente la cobertura vegetal medida en porcentaje, así como la actividad biológica general, decrecen según gradientes locales de disminución de la humedad: es máxima en los mallines de los bajos, hasta un 80%, haciéndose mínima en la ladera alta y en las cumbres: 10-20%. Comparando el Mapa Nº 4 con los dos anteriores se verifica la correspondencia entre cobertura y topografía.	Translation - English Ecosystematic Characterization Lack of precipitations, low atmospheric relative humidity and drying winds are common characteristics of the extra-Andean Patagonian. All this causes landscapes of desertic or semidesertic shrub steppe or grass-shrub steppe, with low specific diversity. In the Patagonia phytogeographic province, the dominant vegetation is that of the Central District described by Soriano in 1956. The topography modulates the expression of these limitations, allowing the accumulation of water, thin material and redeposition sands in low-lying lands where “mallines” (large-scale depression caused by groundwater discharge) are formed, with an incipient development of soil profile. There are also lagoons; the upper sections of the subbasin being their origin, and this also includes different granulometry fragments and salts capable of accumulating in sectors of negative relief and evidence incrustations in the periphery of permanent or temporary lagoons. This dynamic of erosive processes, redepositions and accumulations is characteristic of original ecosystems. Maps No 2 and 3 of Vegetation Units tightly reflect the topography influence described above. Consequently, the vegetal covering measured in percentages, as well as the general biological activity, decrease according to local gradients of humidity diminution: it is maximum in low-lying lands mallines, up to 80%, and low in high hillside and summits: 10-20%. If we compare Map No 4 with the two previous ones, we will see a match between covering and topography.
