En este plan vamos a presentar los segmentos de mercado a abordar, la valoración del mercado existente y los objetivos de cuota de mercado a conseguir por nuestra empresa. Detallaremos los productos a comercializar haciendo hincapié en los diferentes canales de distribución a utilizar, analizaremos nuestra empresa y los puntos fuertes así como la ventaja diferencial respecto a los principales competidores. Posteriormente estableceremos la estrategia para los cinco años del plan dejando establecidas las bases durante este tiempo para una expansión internacional.
Asimismo, definiremos las claves que van a fundamentar el éxito de nuestro negocio para posteriormente realizar un análisis económico-financiero de la estructura de precios, márgenes y costes fijos; finalmente presentaremos las previsiones de ventas, previsiones de tesorería, cuenta de resultados y balance de situación para los cinco años.
Con todo ello realizaremos la propuesta de necesidades de financiación y fuentes a nuestros inversores y socios

Executive summary
In this plan we are going to present/display the market segments to approach, the valuation of the existing market and the objectives of quota of market to obtain by our company. We will detail products to commercialize insisting on the different channels from distribution to use, will analyze our company and the strongpoints as well as the advantage differential with respect to the main competitors. Later we will establish the strategy for the five years of the plan leaving established the bases during this time for an international expansion.
Also, we will define the keys that are going to base the success of our business later to realize a economico-financial analysis of the structure of prices, fixed margins and costs; finally we will present/display the forecasts of sales, forecasts of treasury, account of results and balance sheet for the five years.
It will realize the proposal of needs of financing and sources to our investors and partners yet.
