If you are having trouble installing the Mozilla Firefox KudoZ toolbar because of a "download error" message, right-click on the link for the Firefox add-on and click "Save Link As". Save it on your hard drive, then from within FireFox, select "File", then "Open File", and select the toolbar file (prozkudoz.xpi) that you just downloaded. Press the "Open" button, and follow the instructions. If you need further assistance, please submit a support request
