I have a long list that has more than a few acronyms and abbreviations. As a result, one or two letter abbreviations at one place in the file may refer to one item, but refer to another concept entirely later on in the file. I learned quickly that if I confirm an initial translation of one of these abbreviations, it will also apply to other abbreviations later down the list where it shouldn't. I learned quickly that if I confirm an initial translation of one of these abbreviations, it will also apply to other abbreviations later down the list where it shouldn't. My current solution is not to confirm anything that may be used for a different concept later in the document. While this works, it also negates the productivity of the software. Change AutoPropagation settings

Tools - Options - Editor -AutoPropagation and let the software ask you if you wish AutoPropagation. When using this option change also "Confirm segments there were autopropagated" to "enabled". This way when you allow the software to AutoPropagate you will not have to deal again with this segment. When however for any reason you can't allow autopropagation, say "Cancel" then and using the DisplayFilter let the software show you all strings containing that particular word/phrase and d...
