Three years have passed since then, and we are now preparing to retire the old site design for good. After April 23, 2006, the legacy site design will no longer be available. If you are among those who still view the site using the old design, please switch to the standard design by clicking "Switch to new design" in the upper left of the page. (Until April 23, you can still switch back to the old design by following the instructions in this FAQ.) If there are problems with the new design that prevent you from switching, please report them in this forum topic so that we can correct any glitches in the standard design before the legacy design is permanently retired. Thanks, Jason

This evening, the font on KudoZ and other pages seems to have changed to Arial from Verdana or whatever it was before. I don't think it's an improvement. | |

Hi Jack, The fonts should be back to normal now (you may need to refresh the pages to clear the old stylesheet from your cache). Thanks for reporting this problem. Hi, Jason! One short q: I accidentally switched back to old design of my profile and now I don't know how to return to my new design profile, as "Switch to new design" button isn't there anymore. When I'm logging in to the site, I can view my profile in the old design. Could you help me with this, please? Thank you, Dan | | | Link to switch to standard design | May 16, 2006 |

I have to say that I consider this new design a retrograde step! I have eyesight problems, and even with the font size set to 3, some elements on the old design were too small to be satisfactorily legible to me — but most were tolerable. Now, with this new design, size 3 seems to have very little if any effect, and great tracts of the site — in fact, practically all of it! — are impossibly small for me. Now, with this new design, size 3 seems to have very little if any effect, and great tracts of the site — in fact, practically all of it! — are impossibly small for me. I know you're eager to cram as much as possible on every page (and of course make room for plenty of paid advertising), but at the same time there are quite large areas of totally blank space that could be more usefully filled with a larger type style. PLEASE give a thought to those of us who may be less fortunate than yourselves and will find your new super wizzy site design a nightmare to use! ▲ Collapse | | | Colin Brady Argentina Local time: 05:18 French to English + ... | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » If you use the old site design, please switch to the standard one by April 23 TM-Town | Manage your TMs and Terms ... and boost your translation business
