Introduction
ProZ.com is pleased to announce its online Trados training courses.
The courses each consist of 3-hour modules, catering for users ranging from complete beginners to advanced level. The modules can be customised according to the needs of each student.
The modules are sold separately, each costing USD 250.
The training is provided on a one-to-one basis, using Skype, MSN or a standard telephone. Dates and times are agreed between the lecturer and the student.
Courses can be paid for using a credit card by selecting the ‘Buy’ option at the side of each module.
You must be in possession of a full or demo version of SDL Trados.

| Ronnie Halpern | | Bio: Ronnie Halpern has an MA in Translation from the University of Sheffield, where he also taught the CAT module. After graduating in French and Spanish from the University of Nottingham he taught these languages and then went to work in the IT industry for a number of software companies in various roles including technical support, training, account management, project management and sales. In 1995 these two sets of experience were combined when he joined a localization company specialising in web sites and games software. He subsequently joined Trados UK as Operations Manager. He has been working as a freelance translator and trainer since 2001.
