KudoZ Glossaries

Site users have joined forces to build a multilingual terminology database we call the KudoZ Open Glossary (KOG). Built from a combination of post-edited KudoZ questions, direct entries, and donations of personal glossaries, KOG is growing rapidly. Because many KudoZ questions involve terms too specialized or too new to be found in dictionaries, KOG is rich in current, hard-to-find terms. And because credit is given to KOG contributors, KOG provides yet another means for networking and client generation.

All ProZ members are able to search the KOG. Premium and Platinum members have access to additional KOG functionality, including the ability to export field- and language-specific glossaries, take field-specific tests, etc.

Note: In the new KudoZ design, you can edit glossary entries by clicking the "gloss" button. However, if you are using the old KudoZ design and don't see that button, please switch to the new standard design by clicking "Switch to Standard KudoZ Design" at the top of the KudoZ page, then click the "gloss" button to edit the glossary. You can then switch back to the old design if you wish by clicking "Use Old KudoZ Design" at the top of the page.
