En este trabajo analizar la importancia que reviste el uso de recursos expresivos en los textos jurdicos. Tambin me interesa reflexionar sobre cmo este anlisis puede ayudar a los traductores a enriquecer su comprensin del texto fuente, en especial los textos jurdicos, que presentan dificultades especficas para los traductores. Pero, qu es precisamente el lenguaje de la persuasin? Cmo aparece reflejado en nuestra vida cotidiana? Cmo y por qu se lo vincula con el mbito del Derecho? Qu importancia tiene a la hora de traducir textos jurdicos? Estas son las preguntas que contestar a continuacin.
