» THE POOR STATUS OF TECHNICAL TRANSLATIONS
By Michelle de Abreu Aio | Published 06/4/2009 | Miscellaneous | Recommendation:
This article was written after a lecture I delivered at a University about Technical Translation. I could notice the disregard novice students have for technical texts, for they only face theory texts based on literary translations as if these were superior than those. I aim, with this article, to address the importance of text creation in technical translations.
