NDA
Each RP agrees that at all times and notwithstanding any termination or expiration of this Agreement it will hold in strict confidence and not disclose to any third party Confidential Information of the DP (or that of any affiliates of such DP), except as approved in writing by the DP, and will use the Confidential Information for no purpose other than evaluating or pursuing a business relationship with the DP relating to adapter products (the “Purpose”). Without limiting the foregoing, each RP shall take at least those measures that it takes to protect its own confidential and/or proprietary information of a similar nature, but in no case less than reasonable care (including, without limitation, all precautions the RP employs with respect to its own confidential and/or proprietary materials). Notwithstanding the above, RP shall not be in violation of this Section 2 with regard to a disclosure that was in response to a valid order by a court or other governmental body, or pursuant to rules and regulations of any stock exchange or stock association in which securities of the RP or its representatives may be traded from time to time, provided that the RP provides the DP with prior written notice of such disclosure in order to permit the other party to seek confidential treatment of such information, and the RP or its representatives only furnish that portion of the Confidential Information which, in the judgment of RP’s counsel, RP is required to disclose.

本合意の定めにしたがって、各*RPは本契約における満期・満了にもかかわらず常に一切の情報の秘密を保持し、第三者に開示しないこと。
* DPが保持する（もしくは前述のDPと提携する）機密情報は、DPの書面による承諾がない限り、アダプター製品に関わる DPとの業務関連における査定、遂行目的以外には利用しない。前述の制限に当てはまらない場合でも各RPは、機密情報や類似性のある特許情報の保護措置を講じる。合理的保護措置の必要が無い場合はこれを適用しない（上記の制限に当てはまらない上に、RPが機密情報、特許資料の保護義務における警戒の必要がない場合）。上記の定めを持ってRPは第2項を違反してはならない。法廷、行政関係機関による法的に有効な命令によっての情報公開、またはRPが所持する証券、RPの代理人が過去に取引した証券を使用しての取引行為および証券取引所における規定、条約には従う。RPが情報開示を要求された場合、要求者側への機密情報処理の開示承諾をDPに対して事前に書面にて通知しなければならない。RPの弁護士による法的見解に従ってRPまたは代理人のみが情報の一部を開示できる。

●ライセンスの許諾：お客様が適用される料金を支払い、本契約の規定を遵守されることを条件に、XXX はお客様に対し、下記に定めるように、マニュアルに記載されている用途に本ソフトウェアを使用する非排他的、譲渡不可のライセンスを許諾します。
●アップデート：本ライセンスは XXX によって配布されるソフトウェアのバージョンに限定されており、別途メンテナンス契約が締結されているか、またはドキュメントに記載されているようにお客様がアップデートの権利を付与するサービス登録を別途購入されていない限り、アップデートは含まれていません。指定されたメンテナンス期間またはサービス登録期間が切れた後は、新規のメンテナンス契約またはサービス登録をご購入いただかない限り、引き続きアップデートを受け取る権利はありません。
●所有権：本ソフトウェアは日本の著作権法ならびに使用される国の国際条約の規定により保護されています。XXX ならびにサプライヤは本ソフトウェアの一切の権利および権限により、本ソフトウェアに含まれるすべての著作権、特許、商標、営業秘密その他の知的財産権を所有し、維持しています。お客様は、本ソフトウェアの所有、インストール、または使用など製品知的財産権に関する権利がお客様に譲渡されるものではないことを了承するものとします。
●禁止事項：ソフトウェアを、有償または無償を問わず、販売、リース、レンタル、貸与、または譲渡することはできません。お客様は、準拠法で制約することが明示的に禁止される場合を除き、本ソフトウェアをリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルすることはできません。お客様は、本ソフトウェアの一部または全部を修正し、または本ソフトウェアに基づく二次的著作物を創作することはできません。
●プライバシー：本契約を締結することにより、お客様は、XXX がお客様の名前、住所、メール・アドレスおよびクレジットカードの情報を含め、お客様に関する個人情報を収集し、保有することができることに同意するものとします。お客様の個人情報は、主としてサービスや製品の機能をお客様に提供するために使用されます。XXX は他の企業または個人を雇用して当社に代わって業務を行なわせることがあります。XXX は、かかる業務を行なう会社または個人が業務を果たすためにお客様の個人情報を共有しますが、他の目的のために使用することはありません。

End User License Agreement
Please read this document carefully.
License Grant: Subject to the payment of the applicable license fees, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, XXX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software subject to the usage terms specified below.
Updates: This license is limited to the version of the software delivered by XXX and does not include updates, unless a separate maintenance contract is purchased or alternatively you have purchased a service subscription that entitles you to updates which is described in the documentation. After the specified maintenance period or service subscription period has expired, you have no further rights to receive any updates without purchase of a new maintenance contract or a new service subscription.
Ownership Rights: The software is protected by Japanese and other copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws in the country in which it is being used. XXX and its suppliers own and retain all rights, title and interest in and to the software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights therein. Your possession, installation, or use of the software does not transfer to you any title to the intellectual property in the software, and you will not acquire any rights to the software except as expressly set forth in this agreement.
Restrictions: You may not sell, lease, rent or loan the software regardless of whether any profit is made or not in doing this action. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or any part thereof, except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You may not modify, or create derivative works based upon the software, including the software and documentation.
Privacy: By entering into this Agreement, you agree that XXX may collect and retain your personal information, including your name, address, e-mail address, and credit card information. Your personal information will be used primarily to provide services and product functionality to you. XXX may engage other companies and individuals (subcontractors) to perform functions on its behalf. XXX may share your information with such subcontractors in order to perform these and other functions, but such subcontractors may not use your personal information for other purposes.

My love for English began around the age of four in Tottori, Japan. At that time, my second cousin came to Tottori as an interpreter for a corporate professional volleyball team. I was so impressed by my second cousin's job and trilingual ability that my mom decided to put me into a private conversation school that very same year. I soaked up whatever English I could, and even attended the local church's free English lessons in addition to my private classes.
Since the early age of four, I have continued to make English an active part of my life:
• I've spent over 9 years in Canada honing my English skills as a writer.
• I have 6 years of professional writing experience and 1 year of professional translating experience.
• I'm very confident in both my writing ability in Japanese or English, as well as my ability to translate from either direction.
