TRANSLATED BOOKS:

Between 2005 and 2007, I took part in the translation of over 20 Lonely Planet travel guides commissioned by Italian publishing company EDT (Turin) on a monthly basis.

In cooperation with a team of translators, I translated the book 'Ai piedi del successo - La calzatura, il Consumatore, il mercato', by Massimo Donda, from Italian into English.

RECENT TRANSLATION JOBS:

Since 2004 I have been working as a full-time freelance translator, project manager and media researcher. Some of my most significant experiences are:

- English-Italian and Italian-English translations and proofreading of official documents for Milan-based Fondazione Umberto Veronesi.

- Cooperation with academic staff from the University of Padua for the translation of poetry books synopses and tenders for EU-sponsored projects.

- Translations of EU newsletters, INTERREG cross-border cooperation projects, tourism brochures for local institutions (Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Council; Province of Treviso - Unit for EU relations and Tourism Promotion).

- Partnerships with architecture and communication firms. Translation of marketing plans, technical and promotional material, brochures and websites.

- Translator at the Swiss Consulate of Trieste. Extensive experience on translating legal, financial and economic papers and official documents.
