I OPŠTE ODREDBE
Predmet zakona
Član 1
Ovim zakonom uređuju se vrste i klasifikacija otpada, planiranje upravljanja otpadom, obezbjeđenje uslova za postupanje sa otpadom, prava, obaveze i odgovornosti pravnih i fizičkih lica u upravljanju otpadom, uslovi i postupak izdavanja dozvola, nadzor i druga pitanja od značaja za upravljanje otpadom.
Izuzeci od primjene
Član 2
Odredbe ovog zakona ne primjenjuju se na:
1) radioaktivni otpad;
2) vojni otpad;
3) otpadne vode koje se ispuštaju u površinske vode i kanalizaciju, osim tečnog otpada,
4) otpad iz klanica i leševe životinja;
5) životinjske fekalije, čvrsto i tečno gnojivo, životinjski urin i druge prirodne i bezopasne materije namijenjene za upotrebu u poljoprivredi na način i u skladu sa propisima (đubriva i đubrenje zemljišta);
6) materije koje se koriste kao tečnosti za hlađenje;
7) zemljišne ili kamene mase i drugi materijali, ako se uklanjaju ili izmještaju radi sprovođenja investicionih projekata ili istraživanja, eksploatacije, prerade ili iskorišćavanja mineralnih sirovina, u skladu sa aktom nadležnog organa;
8) zemljišne mase nastale čišćenjem morskog dna u cilju održavanja infrastrukture koja obezbjeđuje prilaz lukama, čišćenjem taloga iz rezervoara vode, ribnjaka, prirodnih vodenih tokova, kanala i jaraka, u cilju održavanja i regulisanja voda.
Značenje izraza
Član 3
Pojedini izrazi, u smislu ovog zakona, imaju sljedeće značenje:
otpad je svaka materija ili predmet koje je vlasnik odbacio ili je dužan da odbaci;
komunalni otpad je otpad nastao u domaćinstvima, kao i drugi otpad koji je po svojim svojstvima sličan otpadu nastalom u domaćinstvima i koji ne sadrži opasan otpad;
opasni otpad je svaki otpad koji sadrži elemente ili jedinjenja koja imaju neko od sljedećih svojstava: eksplozivnost, reaktivnost, zapaljivost, nadražljivost, štetnost, toksičnost, infektivnost, kancerogenost, mutagenost, teratogenost, ekotoksičnost, svojstvo oksidiranja, svojstvo nagrizanja i svojstvo otpuštanja otrovnih gasova hemijskom ili biološkom reakcijom;
industrijski otpad je otpad nastao u proizvodnim procesima u industriji i zanatstvu, a razlikuje se od komunalnog otpada po svom sastavu i karakteristikama;
neopasni otpad je otpad koji po sastavu i svojstvima nema neku od karakteristika opasnog otpada;
inertni otpad je otpad kod kojeg nije moguće izazvati značajnu fizičku, hemijsku ili biološku promjenu, koji se ne može rastvoriti, koji ne zagađuje životnu sredinu, ne škodi zdravlju ljudi i ne utiče štetno na stvari sa kojima dođe u kontakt;
ambalažni otpad je ambalaža preostala nakon raspakivanja proizvoda, a obuhvata sve proizvode, koji služe za zaštitu, rukovanje, plasman i prodaju drugog proizvoda;
medicinski otpad je otpad nastao pružanjem zdravstvenih usluga i vršenjem naučnih istraživanja i eksperimenata u oblasti medicine;
veterinarski otpad je otpad nastao ispitivanjem i liječenjem životinja ili pružanjem veterinarskih usluga, kao i otpad nastao prilikom naučnih ispitivanja i eksperimenata vršenim na životinjama;
biorazgradiv otpad je otpad koji je razgradiv aerobnim ili anaerobnim postupkom pod uticajem mikroorganizama;
građevinski otpad je otpad nastao prilikom izgradnje, održavanja i rušenja građevinskih objekata;
električni i elektronski otpad je električna ili elektronska oprema koju je korisnik odbacio, a koja je utvrđena katalogom otpada;
auto otpad su vozila, djelovi vozila i gume koje nijesu za upotrebu, a koje je vlasnik odbacio;
otpadna ulja su maziva ili industrijska ulja koja se ne mogu koristiti za prvobitnu namjenu, naročito ulja iz motora sa unutrašnjim sagorijevanjem, ulja za mjenjač, ulja za turbine, ulja za hidraulike i druga industrijska ulja i maziva;
PCB su polihlorisane bifenile, polihlorisane terfenile, monometiltetrahlorodifenil metane, monometildihlorodifenil metane, monometildibromodifenil metane i smješe koje sadrže neku od pomenutih supstanci u ukupnoj količini većoj od 0,005 % težine jedinjenja u kome se nalaze;
katalog otpada je popis otpada prema svojstvima i mjestu nastanka, razvrstan na grupe, podgrupe i vrste otpada, sa popisom djelatnosti koje proizvode otpad;
upravljanje otpadom je sprječavanje, smanjenje, ponovno korišćenje, sakupljanje, skladištenje, prevoz, obrada, reciklaža i odlaganje otpada;
skladištenje otpada je privremeno skladištenje ili sakupljanje otpada prije njegovog prevoza, obrade ili odlaganja;
deponija je sanitarno-tehnički uređen prostor na kojem se, uz primjenu odgovarajućih tehnoloških postupaka, vrši odlaganje otpada;
ponovna upotreba otpada je djelatnost koja ne ugrožava život i zdravlje ljudi i životnu sredinu, a koja obuhvata korišćenje otpada u cjelini ili djelimično, odnosno izdvajanje i korišćenje materija, materijala radi proizvodnje energije;
reciklaža je prerada otpada koja obuhvata preradu materija i materijala sadržanih u otpadu radi dobijanja supstanci i materijala u svrhu daljeg korišćenja uključujući i organsku reciklažu, osim za proizvodnju energije;
organska reciklaža je aerobna prerada, uključujući i preradu u gnojivo ili anaerobnu preradu biološki razgradivog otpada u kontrolisanim uslovima i pod uticajem mikroorganizama za proizvodnju organske materije ili metana;
postrojenje za spaljivanje otpada je postrojenje za termičku obradu otpada;
kanalizacioni mulj je mulj nastao u uređajima za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda prilikom njihovog tretmana;
primjena komunalnog kanalizacionog mulja je rasprostiranje komunalnog kanalizacionog mulja po površini zemljišta, njegovo deponovanje ili primjena u drugim procesima bez ugrožavanja životne sredine u cilju ponovnog korišćenja;
sakupljanje otpada je pripremanje otpada za prevoz do mjesta obrade i odlaganja, a naročito odlaganje otpada u kontejnere, sortiranje i skladištenje;
obrada otpada je djelatnost kojom se vrši promjena karakteristika otpada, uključujući i klasifikaciju;
odlaganje otpada je podvrgavanje otpada biološkoj, fizičkoj ili hemijskoj obradi, radi dovođenja u stanje koje neće predstavljati rizik za život i zdravlje ljudi i životnu sredinu;
spaljivanje otpada je oksidacioni proces prerade otpada, uključujući sagorijevanje, proizvodnju gasa (gasifikaciju) i razlaganje otpada, kao i pirolitičko razlaganje, izvršeno u specijalnim objektima ili uz pomoć specijalne opreme, u skladu sa propisima;
vlasnik otpada je pravno ili fizičko lice koje raspolaže otpadom;
proizvođač otpada je pravno ili fizičko lice čija djelatnost dovodi do nastajanja otpada, kao i lice koje vrši prethodnu obradu, miješanje ili druge aktivnosti usljed kojih nastaje promjena u svojstvima ili sastavu otpada;
rukovodilac deponije je lice odgovorno za organizovanje i obavljanje poslova na deponiji;
rukovodilac postrojenja za spaljivanje je lice odgovorno za organizovanje i obavljanje poslova u postrojenju za spaljivanje otpada.

ON WASTE MANAGEMENT

I GENERAL PROVISIONS
Scope of the law
Article 1
This law regulates all waste types and its classification, planning of waste management, provision of conditions for waste handling, rights, obligations and liabilities of legal and natural persons in the area of waste management, conditions and procedure for issuance of permits, monitoring and other issues significant for waste management.
Exceptions from application
Article 2
Provisions of this law do not apply to:
1) radioactive waste;
2) military waste;
3) waste waters drained into surface waters and sewerage, except liquid waste,
4) waste from slaughterhouses and animal carcasses;
5) animal feces, solid and liquid fertilizer, animal urine and other natural non-hazardous materials for use in agriculture in a way and in compliance with regulations (fertilizers and soil fertilizing);
6) materials used as liquid coolers;
7) soil and stone masses and other materials, if removed or displaced in order to conduct investment projects or research, exploitation, processing or exploitation of mineral resources, in compliance with competent body’s act;
8) soil masses resulting from cleaning of the bottom of the sea for maintenance purposes of infrastructure providing access to ports, cleaning of sediments from water reservoirs, fish ponds, natural water flows, canals and trenches, for purposes of water maintenance and regulation.
Definition of terms
Article 3
Certain terms, in the context of this law, have the following meaning:
waste is any substance or object which the holder discards or is required to discard;
municipal waste is waste from households, as well as other waste which, because of its properties is similar to waste from households but which does not contain hazardous waste;
hazardous waste is waste containing elements or compounds that have one of the following properties: explosive, reactive, flammable, irritant, harmful, toxic, infectious, carcinogenic, mutagenic, teratogenic, ekotoxic, oxidizing agent, corrosive agent and ones emitting toxic gases in chemical or biological reactions;
industrial waste is waste formed in production processes in industry and trade, and which differs from municipal waste by its composition and characteristics;
non-hazardous waste is waste which composition and properties do not have any of the characteristics of hazardous waste;
inert waste is waste that does not undergo any significant physical, chemical or biological transformation, which will not dissolve, which does not pollute environment, which is not harmful for human health and does not have adverse effect on matter with which it comes into contact;
wrapping waste is wrapping left after unpacking of products, it includes all products, used for protection, handling, placement and sale of other product;
medical waste is waste formed by providing healthcare services and conducting of science research and experiments in the field of medicine;
veterinary waste is waste formed by studying and treating animals or by providing veterinary services, as well as waste formed during conducting science studies and experiments on animals;
biodegradable waste is waste degradable by aerobic or anaerobic process under influence of microorganisms;
construction waste is waste formed during construction, maintenance or demolition of construction objects;
electrical and electronic waste is electrical or electronic equipment discarded by holder and which is determined by waste catalogue;
auto waste are vehicles, vehicle parts and tires which are not for use and which are discarded by their holder;
waste oils are lubricants and industrial oils which cannot be used for their original purpose, especially oil for internal combustion engines, gearbox oils, turbine oils, hydraulic oils and other industrial oils and lubricants;
PCB are polychloride biphenyl, polychloride terphenyl, monomethyltetrachlorophenylbenzine methane, monomethyldichlorophenylbenzine methane, monomethyldibromodifenile methane and compounds containing any of the stated substances in total quantity greater than 0,005 % of the weight of compound they are contained in;
waste catalogue is record of waste according to its properties and place of origin, divided into groups, subgroups and types of waste, with the list of activities to which waste;
waste management is prevention, reduction, re-use, collection, storage, transport, processing, recycling and waste disposal;
storage of waste is temporary storage or collection of waste prior to its transport, processing or disposal;
landfill is sanitary and technically organized site onto which, with application of required technological procedures, waste is disposal is conducted;
re-use of waste is activity which does not jeopardize life and health of people or environment, and which includes usage of waste as a whole or in part, that is sorting and usage of materials for production of energy;
recycling is waste processing that includes processing of the matter and materials contained in waste in order to get substances and materials for further usage including organic recycling, except for energy production;
organic recycling is aerobic processing, including processing into fertilizer or anaerobic processing of biodegradable waste in controlled conditions under influence of microorganisms for production of organic matter or methane;
installation for waste incineration is installation for thermal processing of waste;
sewerage sludge is sludge formed in the devices for purification of wastewaters during their treatment;
application of municipal sewerage sludge is spreading of the municipal sewerage sludge on the surface of soil, its disposal or application in other processes without jeopardizing environment and for the purpose of re-use;
waste collecting is preparation of waste for transport to the place of processing and disposal, and especially disposal of waste into dumpsters, sorting and storage;
waste treatment is activity which changes properties of waste, including classification;
waste disposal is submitting waste to biological, physical or chemical treatment, in order to bring it into the state that will not pose a risk for life and health of people or environment;
waste incineration is oxidation process of waste processing including burning, gas production (gasification) and waste decomposition, as well as pyrolitic decomposition, conducted in special installations or with special equipment in compliance with regulations;
holder of the waste is legal or natural person who is in possession of waste;
producer of the waste is legal or natural person whose activities produce waste, as well as person who carry out pre-processing, mixing or other operations resulting in a change in the nature or composition of this waste;
landfill manager is person responsible for organizing and conducting work at landfill;
incineration installation manager is person responsible for organizing and conducting work at installation for waste incineration.

This Agreement is made as of 16th of May 2008 between Naty AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden whose registered office is located at Gamla Vنrmdِvنgen 10, 131 37 Nacka (“Naty”), and Interform , a company incorporated under the laws of Serbia whose registered office is located at Beogradski put bb, 14 222 Divici, Lukavac-Valjevo, Srbija , (“the Manufacturer”).
Recitals
The Manufacturer wishes to manufacture and sell, and Naty wishes to purchase products on the terms and conditions set forth hereinafter.
Therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and undertakings set forth herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Manufacturing
During the term of this Agreement, the Manufacturer agrees to manufacture and sell to Naty, products as specified in the product specifications, signed of by both parties, attached hereto, at Appendix 1:1:, (“the Products”) in volumes, appendix 1.2 and allocated into product groups as ordered by Naty.
2. Production equipment
The Manufacturer is responsible for production equipment necessary to produce the Products.
3. Product specification
The Manufacturer shall manufacture the Products as set out in Appendix 1:1 to the product specification agreed prior to the date of this Agreement between the Manufacturer and Naty. The specifications will be agreed and signed by both parties. If Naty changes the product specifications the material cost will change accordingly. Such changes in specifications and raw material cost must be in writing and be duly signed by each party to be valid.
3a. Product Development
Naty will be responsible for leading and directing product development. The manufacturer will work on this product development to Naty’s brief. All the Intellectual property involved in the new product developments whether initiated by Naty will be the property of Naty

Uvodne odredbe
Proizvođač želi da proizvodi i prodaje, a Naty želi da kupuje proizvode po uslovima i odredbama iznetim u daljem tekstu.
Stoga, uzimajući u obzir zajedničke obaveze i garancije navedene u daljem tekstu, ugovorne strane su se dogovorile o sledećem:
1. Proizvodnja
U periodu važenja ovog Ugovora, Proizvođač će proizvoditi i prodavati Naty-ju, proizvode navedene u specifikacijama proizvoda, koje su potpisale obe ugovorne strane, a koje se nalaze u prilogu, u Apendiksu 1:1:, (“Proizvodi”) o određenom obimu, apendiksu 1.2 a koji su svrstani u grupe proizvoda prema Naty-jevim narudžbinama.
2. Proizvodna oprema
Proizvođač je odgovoran za proizvodnu opremu potrebnu za proizvodnju Proizvoda.
3. Specifikacija proizvoda
Proizvođač proizvod Proizvode kako je navedeno u Apendiksu 1:1 prema specifikaciji proizvoda usvojenoj pre datuma potpisivanja ovog Ugovora između Proizvođača i Naty. Specifikacije usvajaju i potpisuju obe ugovorne strane. Ako Naty promeni specifikacije proizvoda materijalni torškovi će se shodno tome promeniti. Ovakve promene u specifikacijama i troškovima repromaterijala moraju biti date napismeno i potpisane od obe ugovorne strane kako bi imale važnost.
3a. Razvoj proizvoda
Naty je odgovoran za vođenje i usmeravanje razvoja proizvoda. Proizvođač radi na razvoju proizvoda prema uputstvima koja daje Naty. Sva intelektualna imovina uključena u razvoj novih proizvoda ako je otpočeta na inicijativu Naty biće vlasništvo Naty-ja.

SUPPLY AGREEMENT
In Terrassa on 18th September 2007
GATHERED
On the one side, Mr. Miguel Fernández Zamora, of age and Spanish nationality, acting on behalf of the Spanish company VENAIR IBÉRICA, S.A. with its registered address in Spain (Terrassa) at C/ Perpinyà nº 27-29 and VAT no. A58.119.934, as managing director of the company, with sufficient faculties to sign this agreement.
On the other Mr. Zivorad Savic, Serb, on behalf of the Company VEMUS AUTOCOMERCE in Serbia (hereinafter VEMUS), with adress in St. Zaplanjska 57-1 Belgrade, Serbia, as managing director of the company, with sufficient faculties to sign this agreement.
1.- Object of the Agreement
1.1.- During this agreement, VENAIR IBÉRICA,S.A. will supply VEMUS with the amounts of the products that it might request, provided VENAIR IBÉRICA,S.A. has them available, according to the following conditions.
1.2.- All of the orders placed by VEMUS will be in writing (fax, e-mail or another similar, convenient means), and must clearly indicate:
a.- the reference, quantity and specifications of the requested products.
b.- the means of transport that will be used.
c.- the date of sending.
d.- the exact place where the order shall be sent.
1.3.- The products supplied by VENAIR IBÉRICA,S.A. are owned by them until payment is received in whole from VEMUS.
2.- Payment
VEMUS shall accept the goods and pay a total amount for them that is agreed on the invoice of each delivery, within 45 days and by SWIFT
3.- Quality of the goods
VENAIR IBÉRICA,S.A. confirms that the goods of Article 1 of the agreement will be produced according to ISO 9001:2000
4.- Delivery
The goods shall be delivered according to the INCOTERM agreed (INCOTERMS 2000) on each order.
5. Validity and duration of the Agreement
5.1. This agreement will come into force at the time of signing and will be valid until 31st December 2007, unless before the end of the said period and by mutual accord between the parties, it has been extended, such extensions being for 1 year. In any case, the product orders already placed will always be honoured in the amount not exceeding the average of the two previous orders placed.
5.2. Either party may immediately terminate this agreement early without being entitled to claim any compensation.
6. General Terms
6.1. All modifications and ammendments to this agreement shall be made in writing in a special annexe.
6.2. The parties will strive to amicably resolve any dispute that might arise through or in relation to this Agreement.
6.3. If any dispute between the parties were not able to be resolved in an amicable manner, it will be submitted to the Spanish courts; specifically, those qualified to resolve the matter will be the courts and tribunals of the domicile of VENAIR IBÉRICA,S.A., Spanish law being applicable in all cases.
And in witness hereof, the parties sign this agreement in duplicate to one sole effect in the place and on the date indicated.

Na jednoj strani, g-din Miguel Fernández Zamora, španske nacionalnosti, kao zastupnik španske kompanije VENAIR IBÉRICA, S.A. sa registrovanim sedištem u Španiji (Terasa) na adresi C/ Perpinyà nº 27-29 i VAT br. A58.119.934, i generalni direktor kompanije ovlašćen da potpiše ovaj ugovor.
Na drugoj strani g-din Živorad Savić, Srbin, kao zastupnik kompanije VEMUS AUTOCOMERCE u Srbiji (u daljem tekstu VEMUS), sa adresom u Ul. Zaplanjska 57-1 Beograd, Srbija, i generalni direktor kompanije ovlašćen da potpiše ovaj ugovor.
1.- Predmet Ugovora
1.1.- U periodu važnosti ugovora, VENAIR IBÉRICA,S.A. će VEMUS-u dostavljati određene količine proizvoda na zahtev istog, pod uslovom da VENAIR IBÉRICA,S.A. ima navedene proizvode i to po sledećim uslovima.
1.2.- Sve VEMUS-ove porudžbine biće dostavljene napismeno (faks, mejl ili slična pogodna sredstva), i moraju sadržati sledeće:
a.- referencu, količinu i specifikaciju traženih proizvoda.
b.- način transporta.
c.- datum slanja.
d.- tačno mesto na koje treba izvršiti slanje porudžbine.
1.3.- Proizvodi koje dostavi VENAIR IBÉRICA,S.A. smatraće se njihovim vlasništvom sve dok VEMUS ne izvrši isplatu u celini.
2.- Plaćanje
VEMUS će preuzeti robu i platiti celokupnu dogovorenu sumu naznačenu na fakturi za svaku isporuku, u roku od 45 dana SWIFT-om.
3.- Kvalitet robe
VENAIR IBÉRICA,S.A. potvrđuje da je roba iz Člana 1 ovog ugovora proizvedena prema ISO 9001:2000
4.- Isporuka
Isporuka robe će se vršiti prema dogovorenom INCOTERM-u (INCOTERMS 2000) za svaku porudžbinu.
5. Važnost i dužina trajanja Ugovora
5.1. Ovaj ugovor stupa na snagu na dan potpisivanja i važi do 31. decembra 2007., osim ukoliko se pre navedenog perioda ugovorne strane ne dogovore o njegovom produženju, pri čemu će eventualna produženja biti na rok od 1 godine. U svakom slučaju, postojeće porudžbine će se ispoštovati ukoliko količina ne prelazi prosek prethodne dve porudžbine.
5.2. Svaka ugovorna strana može raskinuti ovaj ugovor ranije bez prava na kompenzaciju.
6. Opšte odredbe
6.1. Izmene i dopune ovog Ugovora biće sastavljene napismeno u vidu posebnog aneksa.
6.2. Ugovorne strane će nastojati da razreše sve sporove nastale u vezi sa Ugovorom prijateljski.
6.3. Bilo koji spor koji ugovorne strane ne mogu da reše prijateljski biće predat španskom sudu; kao ustanove kvalifikovane da reše ova pitanja naročito će se smatrati sudovi i tribunali iz zemljeVENAIR IBÉRICA,S.A., španski zakon će se smatrati važećim zakonom u svim slučajevima.
Kao potvrdu svega navedenog, ugovorne strane su potpisale ugovor u duplikatu iste važnosti u mestu i na dan kako je navedeno.

At 18 I got my first translation job as a technical translator for representative office of Dutch shipbuilding company in Belgrade, translating from and into English and Serbian. In 2003 I obtianed Cambridge University Certificate of Proficiency in English.
I became interested in Asian languages in high school, so I graduated from Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Philological Faculty in Belgrade. During my specialization at Bejing Language and Culture University I fell in love with translation and decided to develop my career in that field. In 2004 I enroled in MA in Translation and Interpreting at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and obtianed my MA degree for translation to and from Chinese and English.
Last year I was appointed as Court Translator for Chinese language.
So far I translated: tender documentation, contracts, financial statements, general medical texts, instruction manuals, welding manual, text book on lofting of the ship,novels, a book of poems, cartoons for dubbing and subtitling,CV's, diplomas, certificates, etc.
