I am a London-based Spanish translator specialised in medical and pharmaceutical translations; however, I also translate from more general fields, such as tourism, transport or general finance among others.

I finished my Degree in Translation and Interpreting at the Universidad Europea de Madrid in September 2005. During my degree, I specialised in finance, technical and legal translations. Nevertheless, as soon as I graduated, I decided to enrol in the Postgraduate Course in Medical Translation offered by the Universitat Jaume I because Medicine was the field that interested me the most. I am currently enrolled in the Master's Degree in Medical and Health Translation offered the Universitat Jaume I.

Likewise, I also worked as a PM at the Life Science department of a well-known and busy translation company. My main duties as a PM were managing and dealing with numerous and complex projects simultaneously, answering constant queries from clients and sales as well as revising all the translations before delivering them. Most of the projects I was handling were from some of the leading pharmaceutical companies, such as, EISAI, ICON, GSK or Sanofi among others. Thanks to this job, I managed to understand the client's expectations, the paramount importance of delivering a translation project on time, etc.

I am an organised, reliable and responsible translator with a good eye to detail. I always respect deadlines so you should not worry about receiving a job after the agreed deadlines as it would never happen.
