XX is evenly distributed in the body’s tissues and the systemic volume of distribution in people at rest is 0,67l/kg. XX is to be found mostly in blood plasma. XX connects with the plasma proteins approximately 88%.
After entering the circulation and after ocular administration, XX is the main compound circulating in blood. XX goes through oxidation, N-deethylation and glucuronation and forms different metabolites.
XX is discharged mainly through renal excretion. Up to 67% of the dose, which has been intravenously administered on healthy volunteers, was excreted through the urine whereas 25% of the dose was discharged with the feces. After intravenous administration, the disintegration half-life was calculated to be approximately 45 minutes; the total blood clearance was 1,5l/hr/kg.

Well, if you are keen on these types of adventures, then the Samsung B2700 is what you need. A shock, dust and water-resistant telephone with the ability to keep you in touch with civilization during your adventure in far away, unknown lands.
When you hold it in your hand, it feels rugged and solid. The protective rubberized enclosure ensures that any accidental knocks or drops won’t matter at all. The left and right sides are interestingly shaped to give a military look. If you carry it in your pocket, its presence won’t be missed, but on the whole, its size is amazing.
We reacted a bit oddly to its hard case, because it is unconventional and the telephone can slip through both ends. On the other hand, it will protect the screen better than if it was made of suede. It comes with an 8-GB memory card, which is quite handy and will spare you a trip to the shops. What intrigued us most was the wrist strap. It is elastic with an attached plastic plate, which looks like a guitar plectrum. This can, in fact be used as a stylus, if you are in a hurry and don’t feel like using the main one.
