ESPAÑOL
Laura se licenció en Filología Francesa en 2004 y posteriormente cursó un máster sobre tecnología e informática aplicadas a la traducción. Estuvo trabajando como gestora de proyectos en una empresa de traducción con sede en Niza, hasta que se estableció como autónoma en 2007. Actualmente vive en Aix-en-Provence, donde le otorgaron la acreditación de traductora jurada a principios de 2009. Se dedica a la traducción jurídica, industrial y técnica a tiempo completo.

FRANÇAIS
Titulaire d'une maîtrise en Langue et littérature françaises, Laura étudie en 2005 un master portant sur l'application des nouvelles technologies dans la traduction. Elle occupe, par la suite, un poste de chef de projets dans une société de traduction basée à Nice, où son stage initial sera reconduit en CDD. Après quelques mois de formation à Genève, elle s'établit à son compte en tant que traductrice professionnelle et obtient, en 2009, le statut d'expert-traducteur près la Cour d'Appel d'Aix-en-Provence. Actuellement, elle réside à Aix-en-Provence, où elle travaille à plein temps dans la traduction juridique, industrielle et technique.

ENGLISH
Laura graduated with a BA in French in 2004 and then studied a master’s degree in Information Technology and Translation. She worked as an in-house project manager in a translation agency based in Nice until she established herself in freelance translation in 2007. She currently lives in Aix-en-Provence where she became a sworn translator early in 2009. She is a full time professional who specializes in legal translation and industry and technology-related texts.
